As we were about to head to bed, I heard a knock from the front door.
"Let me answer it, dear." I said to Ai-chan. I had Ai-chan stand behind as to keep her safe.

"Of course, dear. Just be careful." Ai-chan said to me. She clung to my back, worried about losing me. I opened the door slightly to find a man outside.
" Can I help you, sir?" I asked the man politely.
"I've finally found you, Y/n." Said the stranger to me. I sensed his ki and immediately recognized him.
"Kami! Please come in! I'm so sorry for being gone for so long!" I said to Kami while bowing for forgiveness. He patted my shoulder in forgiveness before hugging me.
"I'm so proud of you for finding someone to be with. I was starting to believe you would die alone." Kami said to me teasingly. I smiled and stepped aside to let Kami get a better look at Ai-chan.
"Kami, this is my fiancé, Ai Hoshino. Ai-chan, this is my third Sensei, Dende, Earth's Kami." I said to Ai-chan, introducing her to Dende. The two shook hands before Dende took off his disguise. That surprised Ai-chan even more.
"You look like Narak Daimao, sir." Ai-chan said to Dende.

"Well, you could say he was born because of me. Narak was born from the evils I've witnessed over the centuries. He is my greatest shame and mistake." Dende said, answering Ai-chan. She looked sorry for him and hugged him. This made my love for her grow even greater than before.
"That shouldn't mark against all the good you've done, Dende. And I know that my fiancé will be the one to beat him. And that's no lie." *giggles* Ai-chan said to Dende.
"You picked a good girl, Y/n. She will bring you strength just like your ancestor did with his mate." Dende said to me.
"Thank you, Dende! I'll do my best to train even harder to defeat the reincarnation of Narak Daimao!" I exclaimed excitedly to Dende.
"Then it's time you returned to the Heavenly Realm with me, Y/n. You're going to need all the time you need." Dende said to me. I looked to Ai-chan, who looked like she was about to break down and cry. I then looked at Dende and gave him my answer.
"Will you wait until after her debut? I promised Ai-chan I would be there for her!" I asked and explained to Dende.
"I see you're determined to be with this girl. Your love for her is strong. I will let you stay till then. Until then, farewell." Said Dende before he left. Ai-chan hugged me as tears streamed down her face.
"You defended our promise and love. I love you even more, Y/n-kun. I swear to give my all for my debut like you did for me!" Ai-chan said to me with determination. We shared a quick hug and kiss before heading to bed.
Time Skip Dome Y/n's Pov
The day had finally come when Ai would debut as an idol. Ai-chan practiced for the whole week. She is currently getting ready in her dressing room when she calls me inside. I entered inside and was met with a hug from her.

"You nervous?" I asked Ai-chan. She was shaking, and I held her closer to calm her down.
"A little. But I'm also excited. I couldn't have done this without you, Y/n-kun. I love you." Ai-chan said to me lovingly. I held Ai-chan and looked her in the eyes.
"You had this strength inside of. You just needed something to bring it out of you. And you'll be what pushes me to grow stronger when I return with Dende." I said to Ai-chan in my own loving way. We held each other for a while before being interrupted by Saitou calling for Ai-chan.
"Ai, it's time." Saitou-san said through the door.
"I'm on my way!" Ai-chan said to Saitou-san. She then looked at me with a confident smile.
"I'm going to show everyone just how hard I worked! Wish luck, darling!~" Ai-chan said to me lovingly.
"Good luck out there, babe. Break a leg." I said to Ai-chan. We got out, and I watched as Ai-chan walked up to the stage and waved at everyone. Everyone cheered once they saw her.
"This is a song from me to you!" Ai-chan said to the audience, but I felt it was towards me. I was sitting in the audience as she began to sing and dance. She looked at me as she smiled and winked at me. Thankfully, nobody noticed it was for me. That's when she began.
Time Skip After Debut Y/n's Pov
After Ai-chan's debut, Ai-chan was visited by many fans and thanked them all for seeing her. I could tell she was slowly starting to break out of her shell of lying to others. Once the fans left, she came to me and hugged me tightly as tears stained my shirt.
"I'm going to miss you, Y/n-kun. You're my everything. It's hurting me trying to say goodbye to you." Ai-chan said to me as she cried into my chest. I held her, not wanting to leave her side. But I knew I had to go for her and everyone's sake.
"You'll see me again, Ai-chan. The tournament will be held on Papaya Island in two years. There I'll win the tournament and marry you afterward." I said to Ai-chan, trying to fill her with hope and love. She then looked up at me after wiping her tears away.
"I love you, Y/n-kun. Never forget that." Ai-chan said to me with all her heart and love for me.
"I love you too, Ai-chan. Keep going higher and become the best idol ever." I said to Ai-chan with all my love. We then shared one final kiss filled with our love for each other.
"Let's go, Y/n." Dende said to me. I nodded and flew off with him towards the Heavenly Realm. My heart ached, but I was determined to finish my training to see Ai-chan again.
