The Announcer got onto the arena and told everyone that the fighters had been picked.

Announcer: Will Shen and Hikaru Himiki please come to the stage?!
Shen made his way to the stage as Hikaru grinned at Y/n evily. He then made his way to the arena and joined Shen and the Announcer there.
Announcer: Ladies and gentlemen, welcome our fighters!
Everyone cheered once they saw Shen since he's the current champion of the Tenkaichi Budokai.
Announcer: On our right is the current champion, Shen!
Shen raised his fist to the air and everyone cheered.
Announcer: And on our right is a first timer and what appears to be a follower of the original Tsuru Sennin, Hikaru Himiki!
Some cheered while the rest remained silent and watched.
Announcer: And now let the fight... BEGIN!!!
Once the gong was hit, Hikaru grinned evily as he began powering up. His power nearly blew everyone away surprising Y/n from his increase in power while Shen stood firm and began powering up himself. Everyone tried their best to hang on, but Shen and Hikaru's power was too much for everyone to handle. Everyone felt like they were being crushed by their tremondous power. Soon the two stopped as Hikaru had reached his full power while Shen appeared to be just warming up.

Hikaru: Show me what you have student of the false Tsuru Sennin?!
Shen glared at Hikaru before answering him.

Shen: Gladly!
The two clashed at each other moving at speeds impossible to track by the human eye. Y/n, Narak, Linry, and Kai were the only ones who could keep up with Kai having a bit of trouble. Shen and Hikaru kept going and going with them getting more and more beaten. That's when they stopped and went to their sides of the ring.
Hikaru: *huff* *huff* *huff* You're a lot tougher than I thought.
Shen: *huff* *huff* I won't go down that easily. I trained like hell to surpass Y/n. My Sensei, Tenshinhan, pushed me beyond the strength of Narak Daimoa. You have no chance of beating me Hikaru.
Hikaru: I won't lose!!
Hikaru powered up and raised his hand up and channeled all of his ki into his hand creating a ki blade. He dashed at Shen and slashed at him leaving a scar across his chest. Shen threw his top off leaving him shirtless showing his now scarred chest.
Announcer: Do that again and I disqualify you!
Hikaru: I don't care about this tournament! I just want to kill Y/n L/n and make Ai Hoshino mine!!
Shen: I won't let you take my friend's fiance!!
Shen had enough, he powered up to full power and dashed at Hikaru and punched him so hard the shockwaves could be felt all the way on the Japanese mainland. He then kicked Hikaru in the chest sending flying into the air. Shen appeared above Hikaru and sledge hammered him back to the ground. This angered Hikaru as he got back up and flew after Shen. The two clashed again going at it even more agressively than earlier.
Announcer: It appears that Shen and Hikaru are going for the kill! Who will win between the two students of two different Tsuru Sennin?!

Tenshinhan: You don't find him. He finds you. If that boy truly has a dark heart, then Sensei would take advantage of it.
Shen ultimately over powered Hikaru and sent him out of the ring with a Kamehameha Wave.
Shen: That was for Chow and Y/n.
Announcer: Wow! Shen finished off Hikaru with the signature technique of the Kame School! It looks like the current Tsuru School is the superior school!
Everyone cheered as Shen returned back to the resting area.
Announcer: We'll be back with our next round after the arena has been repaired! It should be done in fifteen minutes. Enjoy the break and get something to eat, drink, or use the restroom!
The Announcer left the arena as the workers began cleaning the arena before they begin repairing the ring.
