Chapter 7:- Neil's Thoughts!!!!

In the Birla house, Neil was sitting on his bed and was lost in his thoughts. He didn't realize when Abhimanyu entered the room.

"Neil, where are you lost?" Abhimanyu asked, but Neil didn't reply and continued to think about something.

"Neil!" shouted Abhimanyu, shaking his hand to bring him back to reality.

"What happened, bhai? Why are you troubling me?" Neil said irritably.

"Neil, what happened? Why do you look so tense?" questioned Abhimanyu.

"Bhai, don't you have a little bit of guilt for what you have done?" he asked, looking into his eyes.

"What guilt? Neil, what are you talking about?" questioned Abhimanyu.

"Bhai, what you did to Aarohi was so wrong, and today I understood I was also equally at fault. How could I let you stoop so low? Didn't you ever think about the girl? She was waiting for you at the mandap, and you were with her sister. A little bit of shame could justify your regret, but I think this smile shows no regret," said Neil, looking directly into Abhimanyu's eyes. His voice was low but yet impactful.

"Neil, who said all this, and why are you talking about Aarohi's side?" said Abhimanyu, shouting.

"To be honest, bhai, I wouldn't have realized this until it happened to someone close to us. My friend's sister is just like my own sister. Today, the same thing happened to her. Now imagine what she will be going through. It pinched my heart because she is someone close to me. But in the case of Aarohi, it didn't hurt. Do you know why? Because she wasn't related to us," said Neil, with tears in his eyes, while Abhimanyu looked at him.

"Neil, Aarohi deserved that," said Abhimanyu, shouting.

"No girl deserves it, whether it's Aarohi or your own sister," said Neil, with fire in his eyes.

"Neil, you are wasting your tears, and there is no point in all this," said Abhimanyu.

"You know what? This attitude of yours will destroy you and even your family," said Neil, shouting, looking deep into his eyes.

While they were both talking so loudly, Manjari and Shefali came inside.

"We heard everything, and you both now stop," said Manjari, shouting.

"Maa, do you think Neil is telling the truth?" asked Abhimanyu.

"Abhi, you can say whatever, but to be honest, Neil is correct. Aarohi didn't deserve that," said Shefali, disappointing Abhimanyu.

Abhimanyu was leaving angrily.

"Bhai, remember one thing: your attitude will surely destroy you. If your love lasts this way, then you are wrong," said Neil, shouting angrily from the back.

"Neil, please calm down," said Manjari, keeping her hand on his shoulder.

"Maa, Bhabhi, please, if you can give me some alone time, it would be really nice of you," said Neil in a calm voice.

Manjari and Shefali, seeing the gravity of the situation and the tension in the air, decided to give Neil some alone time. Neil was still in his room, lost in his thoughts.

"I am sorry, Aarohi, that I supported my brother in this case. Because of me, your special day turned into the worst day of your life," thought Neil to himself.

Meanwhile, Ruhi, who was sitting in a corner of Goenka House, shed her tears silently.

One thing was exactly common among the trio-Neil, Aarohi, and Ruhi: they didn't shed their tears in front of the world. The pain the trio carried in their hearts was never heard by anyone, nor did anyone ever try to think about what their hearts carried. But Ruhi was lucky that she had Aarohi; however, that support system was also left by her mother.

Ruhi was sobbing silent tears when a hand approached her shoulder.

The air around Ruhi was already heavy, and as the hand approached Ruhi's shoulder, it sent shivers down her body.

"Matashree" was the first word that came to Ruhi's mind, but to her surprise, it wasn't Aarohi.

"Ruhi, what happened?" the person questioned in a serious tone.

Mr. Cool, saying this, Ruhi just hugged him and cried her heart out.

"Ruhi, what happened to you? Did someone scold you?" asked Kairav, tense.

As Ruhi was about to say something, she saw Angel behind Kairav; he was continuously apologizing to Ruhi.

"What happened?" Ruhi asked Kairav again.

"I-I was remembering Mumma," said Ruhi with a trembling voice.

"No problem, bacha. We will find your mother soon. Come, let's go to meet Aarohi. What do you think?" asked Kairav, making her smile. Ruhi was still a little sad.

But Kairav started tickling her, and Ruhi began to laugh loudly, changing the intensity of the environment around them while Angel was adoring these two.

"Mr. Cool, let me go to my room, and I will be back," said Ruhi with a small smile.

"Sure," replied Kairav.

As Ruhi entered the room, she saw many "sorry" cards scattered around.

"I am torry, Ruhi. It was my mistake," said Angel, looking at her.

"It's 'sorry,'" replied Ruhi.

"Wahi wahi," replied Angel.

"Why are you topying me?" asked Ruhi.

"It's 'copying,' Ruhi, and I am sorry. Please forgive me," said Angel with a pleading tone.

"Okay, Ruhi Birla forgives you. Go live your life," said Ruhi in a filmy tone.

"That's the sweetest thing about you: that you forgive people easily," said Angel, caressing her hair.

"But I have a question for you," asked Ruhi, looking at him.

"What question?" asked Angel.

"Why do you look exactly like the person in the picture that is in Sweetheart's room?" said Ruhi, confusingly. Angel was taken aback upon hearing this.

"I... I..." Angel was stammering.

"Will you speak further?" said Ruhi, looking at him with suspicious eyes.

"Okay, okay, let me tell you the truth. Actually, I am your mother's father and your maternal grandfather, Kartik Goenka," said Angel, looking at her.

"What?" said Ruhi, with a surprised expression.

She wanted to ask further, but Kairav called her, and Angel asked her to go. Ruhi still had many questions in her mind regarding Kartik and wanted to clear them all at night. After that, Ruhi went to Kairav, and they both headed towards the hospital to meet Aarohi.
