They all reached Jaipur and went to their respective rooms to freshen up. Ruhi went along with Aarohi.
It was night, and everyone was excited for the functions that were going to start tomorrow. Aarohi was standing by the pool near the hotel all alone; she was staring at the stars.
"Mumma, Papa, why does destiny play this game with me? Why did God bring Abhimanyu into my life when he wasn't supposed to be my life partner? Or maybe he isn't in my destiny at all, as Ruhi told me my husband is going to be Neil. But why do Bade Papa and Badi Maa think that I want to destroy Akshus' marriage? What about my pain?" said Aarohi, looking at the stars with a few tears in her eyes.
As she was about to turn back, she saw someone and was suddenly shocked. She was about to fall into the pool when the person standing in front of her held her by the waist. Their eyes met for a second, and after some time, they both came back to their senses.
"Hi, I hope you are alright," said the person, making Aarohi stand properly.
"Yes, I am alright. Sorry, I didn't notice," said Aarohi, looking at him.
"It's perfectly alright. It seems like you aren't in a good mood," said the person, looking at Aarohi's tears. Aarohi, taken aback by this sudden question, quickly wiped her tears away.
"No, nothing like that. It was just that I was missing someone," said Aarohi, looking at him with a fake smile.
"Oh, by the way, I forgot to introduce myself. I am Vijay," said the person, looking at Aarohi with a smile.
"I am Aarohi Goenka, and it's quite late now. I need to leave," said Aarohi, looking at him.
As Aarohi moved forward, her bracelet fell from her hand, which went unnoticed by her. As Vijay's eyes fell on the ground, he saw something silvery and shining. He bent down and picked up the small silver bracelet and just looked at it with a smirk, twirling it between his fingers.
"You are quite interesting, Ms. Goenka," said Vijay, looking at the bracelet with a smirk.
As Vijay moved inside the hotel, he collided with someone.
"Can't you walk properly?" said the person, snapping his fingers in front of Vijay's eyes.
"I could say the same thing," replied Vijay, looking at the person annoyed.
As the person was about to leave, he was taken aback and looked at Vijay's fingers. He saw a small silvery bracelet with an "A" on it and recognized the bracelet.
"Hi, excuse me, this is Aarohi's bracelet. How do you have it?" asked the person, looking at Vijay.
"How do you know Aarohi?" questioned Vijay, looking at the person.
"She is my bhabhi's sister," replied the person.
"Oh, I met her, and she forgot it outside, so I have it," said Vijay, looking at the person.
"I will give it to her," said the person, snatching the bracelet and leaving while Vijay looked at him confusingly.
The person looked at the bracelet and was lost in his thoughts. He said to himself, "What happened, Neil? Why did I take this bracelet? Why didn't I like the fact that someone else was carrying Aarohi's bracelet? Why is this feeling so strange yet I am liking it?"
Neil was walking down to the poolside and staring at the stars. He didn't have anything to say but just wanted to observe the stars. Neil knew his eyes spoke more than the words he wanted to convey. The thoughts his mind carried for Aarohi were something new for him, which he had never expected, yet they were in his mind.
It was late at night when Neil went to his room to sleep. The night was really something different for Neil Birla, as he never thought of this. The next day was a bright morning, and everyone was getting ready for Abhira's engagement.
As the ritual began, Aarohi and Ruhi were enjoying themselves to the fullest. Aarohi was having a great time with Ruhi. As Neil observed this, he couldn't stop himself and just recorded a video of Ruhi and Aarohi.
Later, Neil couldn't stop himself, and he also clicked pictures with Ruhi. Neil and Ruhi were looking just like a perfect father-daughter duo while Manjari and Harsh observed them from a distance.
"Harsh Ji, I don't know why I feel a strange connection with this girl. It looks like she is just Neil's smaller version. They both are so similar, and I want to say one more thing: Ruhi, Neil, and Aarohi look like a perfect family. It seems like this trio is meant to be together, and it's written in their destiny," said Manjari, with a smile lingering on her face.
"You are right, Manjari. Seeing Neil this happy from his heart is something we lack. And today, see how happy he is with this little Ruhi! You are also right; the trio looks like a perfect family. After Abhi's marriage, I am thinking of asking for Aarohi's hand for Neil. What do you say, Manjari?" Harsh said, looking at her. Manjari replied with a smile. While they were chatting, Ruhi was taking pictures of Neil and herself.
"The love Ruhi didn't receive from her father in her previous life, she is now getting after coming to the past. I will erase the day from Ruhi's life that made her lose Neil forever. I will erase the day that made her lose me. I will surely do it, and once Aarohi Goenka thinks of something, she surely does it," said Aarohi with pride in her mind.
"But Aarohi you are making a very big mistake. I am forgetting that Neil is Ruhi's father, and he has every right to know the truth. But what if telling the truth makes me lose Ruhi? No, no, this can't happen. I shouldn't tell Neil right now. Let me make my relationship with Neil better so I can explain everything clearly," Aarohi said to herself, lost in thought about whether to spill the truth or not.
