The Bathroom door swung open with a soft creak, Kairos stood inside with a towel wrapped around his waist. Droplets of water trailing down from his damp hair, down his tattooed chest before pooling on the floor. He ran his hand over his face, ridding the water before gripping the basin in his hands.

He wiped over the fogged mirror with a deep sigh, his emotions stirring. He looked into the mirror, sorrow deep on his face, to see his sister leaning against the doorframe, her arms crossed.

"you look like shit" He groaned out.

Isa stood stoically against the white frame, her hair sticking up and her eyes puffy from sleep, "Yeah well you look worse" She said whilst rubbing the sleep out of her eyes.

He chuckled, before making his way out of the bathroom, he stopped short, draping his hand over her hair and smoothed it out before dropping a kiss on the top of her head.

He tiredly made his way to the attic, pulling a fitted black shirt on and black jeans before shrugging his grey hoodie on and a brown worn out leather jacket over that.

He pulled open his hidden fridge behind the false bookshelf and grabbed a blood bag, and quickly drowned it, dark veins appearing below his eyes and his fangs poking through his lip. He threw the empty bag in his bin before sitting on his bed and lacing up his boots.

Kairos grabbed his backpack and descended the stairs, almost bumping into his sister, softly grabbing her elbow to maneuver her out of harm's way. She wore blue jeans, with a long sleeve black bodysuit and a pair of black sneakers on her feet. Her hair was straightened and she wore minimal makeup, a black open handbag on her shoulder.

"I approve", He nodded towards her outfit as the girl scoffed.

They moved around the kitchen in tandem, Kai grabbing an apple for himself and throwing one to Isa who caught it by the door, keys in hand.

He followed the girl outside, stopping to lock the door and headed over to the impala. Isa had gotten there first and was impatiently pulling the locked handle as she looked to her brother expectingly. He laughed at her misery, walking a little slower as she whined his name in annoyance.
