The four women were working together in the lab, preparing for Dr. Thompson's next round of examinations. Maria was sterilizing equipment, Sophia was updating patient files, Emma was preparing ultrasound gel, and Rachel was setting up the examination tables.
As they worked, Maria suddenly spoke up. "I love him more!" she exclaimed, putting down the equipment she was sterilizing. "I've been with him the longest!"
Sophia looked up from the files she was updating. "No way!" she shot back. "I've been reading all those medical books to impress him. He'll appreciate me more!"
Emma, who was preparing the ultrasound gel, stopped and turned around. "But I've been baking him cookies and bringing him lunch!" she argued. "He loves my cooking!"
Rachel, who was setting up the examination tables, snorted. "Please, you think cookies and lunch can compare to my beauty and charm? He can't resist me!"
The discussion quickly escalated into a full-blown argument, with each woman trying to outdo the others in declarations of love and devotion.
The four women, still arguing, began to push each other's bellies, their verbal fight escalating into physical confrontation.
"You think you're the only one who loves him?" Maria shouted, shoving Sophia's belly.
Sophia doubled over in pain. "Ahh! My baby!"
"Oh, poor you!" Emma retorted, pushing Rachel's belly. "You think you're the only one who's suffering?"
Rachel cried out in agony. "My belly! Oh, my baby!"
