"Thank you for bringing us together today to worship this place. Thank you for all you have blessed us with and for all you provide. Please help our focus to remain on you as we go about are day. In Jesus' Holy name," Fyodor said aloud holding his cross in his hands praying to the lord above. Everyone in the church did the same with their eyes shut, focused on Christ.

"Amen." Echoed off the walls as everyone fluttered their eyes open, everyone slowly started to get up and getting ready to leave and go on with their days. Some people wanted atone for their sins in the confessional. Fyodor walked over to the confessional and sat inside to hear people's sins.

Fyodor heard a bunch of common confessions such as; being judgemental, blasphemy (disrespect towards the holy name) , telling lies about another, and disobedience. Fyodor gave penance for the people's sins and soon finished all confessions.

Fyodor got quite hungry due to not being able to eat earlier in the day because he slept in. He started to walk towards the kitchen, his steps making click noises which echoed in the big church. He got to the small pantry to grab some bread and cheese to make a quick grilled cheese. Suddenly when he grabbed the things he needed he heard a noise in the kitchen which made him jump. Fyodor froze before slowly moving towards the kitchen. He poked his head out and saw a jester on the floor in front of an opened window. The jester stood up and dusted himself off as Fyodor took a step into the door frame and stood there dumbfounded. The jester fixed himself up and looked at the door, ready to leave, until he saw Fyodor.

"Oh, well hello there father!" He said with a smile walking towards Fyodor, Fyodor then slowly stepped back as the jester got closer. "Who are you..?" Fyodor asked as he stopped in front of the podium.

"The names, Nikolai" Nikolai answered bowing down well taking his hat off, Fyodor stood there eyeing the man up and down slowly.

"How did you get in here?" Fyodor asked slowly calming down "Drunk guy was chasing me, so I decided to come here because it was the closest thing" Nikolai answered before eyeing up Fyodor.

"You're the father here, right?" Nikolai asked walking closer to Fyodor, Fyodor tensed up a bit due to Nikolai coming closer "Yes, I am, why?" Fyodor looked a bit confused, the jester was the last person he thought would ask him that.

"I heard some people talking about you, we never got to talk, have we?" Nikolai asked moving closer to Fyodor's face "I have also heard many women who were into you, they said your a gentleman and good on the eyes" Nikolai stated

Fyodor pushed Nikolai back before answering his original question "No, we have not talked because I don't want to talk to someone as foolish as you." Fyodor answered before Nikolai but on a fake frown "and I have had many women come up to me asking if I have a girlfriend, fiancé, or wife, in which I told them I don't. I want to wait a bit longer to get one." Fyodor stated before walking to one of the benches and sitting down, Nikolai then sat down beside him.

They chatted, mostly Nikolai talking and asking questions, for half an hour before Nikolai then brought something up that surprised Fyodor a bit. "I heard that there's supposed to be a storm tonight" Nikolai recalled from a conversation he over heard earlier, Fyodor was interested of what storm because it was rare in their town, and when they did have storms they were really bad. "What kind of storm? If you know." Fyodor said with interest in his tone. "Sadly I do not know, some people said wind, some said thunder." Nikolai stated with an unsure shrug, Fyodor thought for a second on which one was more likely before they heard some trees scratching the windows and blowing in the sudden strong winds. "Hm, seems the storm maybe already starting." Fyodor calmly said before going to lock the front doors, Nikolai stayed on the bench looking around the church a bit. "Quite a pretty church I must say" Nikolai complimented the build as he admired the stained glass windows. Fyodor smiled to what the jester said and started walking back to Nikolai.
