My name is Elliana Sparrow. Though it has been forgotten over time. However, if those that remember the last name Sparrow, will know that I am the younger sister to the pirate Captain Jack Sparrow. The infamous pirate that apparently everyone has a strong distaste for. All the stories I hear of my older brother are not the best. However, I can't quite judge based on stories.

When I was just 9 years old, I was helping my brother clean the deck when all of a sudden, a terrible storm hit. I was tossed overboard and by the time anyone even registered that I was not there anymore it was too late. I drifted across the ocean for around 2 days with no food and no drinkable water. Eventually another ship found me and brought me aboard their vessel.

It was there that I meet a young boy. He told me that his name was William Turner, Will for short. At the start we did not get along the best. Eventually we realized that we needed to tolerate each other concluding the fact, that we were both aboard this ship together and we both had around the same tasks to do.

There was one night that I remember clearly. It was the night our ship was destroyed. I remember seeing black sails in the distance, and fire engulfing everything around me. I heard screams all around me. I couldnt even hear my own thoughts. I did not know what to do, where to go, I thought I would be dead. "Elli, Elli, where are you!" Someone screamed. I don't know who was calling out to me. The smoke was too much. I felt two arms wrap around me before everything went dark.

The next time I woke up I saw a girl hovering above me. Who she was, I did not know. As I slowly registered my surroundings, I realized I was on yet, another ship. I also realized someone was missing. "Will, where is Will" I called out to the girl. "Don't worry he's safe aboard our ship" she told me in the softest voice "If you don't mind me asking what's your name" I did not completely trust her, but she did save me "Elliana, but most people call me Elli" I saw her smile, why? I don't know, the situation doesn't seem very joyous. "Well Elli my name is Elizabeth. How about you get more rest it's been a pretty eventful day for you, and I think you could use the rest." Honestly, I couldn't agree more. I laid back down and let my eyelids do the rest.

8 Years Later

Just upon the shoreline a Pirate can be seen with what seems to be a depressing little ship. Even though the ship is barely hanging on by a thread you can still clearly see the seriousness of the adventure in the man's eyes. As he pulls up to the dock, he got looks by everyone that notices him. Though he does not seem to really care as his pride started to get the better of the pirate. He gets confronted by a man and a young boy about having to pay a shilling to park is ship. And although there isn't much left of said ship, he paid three shilling for the parking spot and for the man not to question him for his name.

On the other side of the island one girl is waking up to the morning sunshine. The other admiring a necklace from a dresser. "It's by far way too early to get up" I groaned while stretching in my bed. When I looked over at Elizabeth, I realized she was reaching in her drawer for the necklace she just apparently found. "You never told me where you got that necklace from El" Apparently, I spoke to loud as she jumped at the sound of my voice. Like she totally didn't hear me before "Oh sorry, I honestly just found it in a drawer and thought it looked nice, so I kept it." She whispered to me. Thats the biggest lie ever. I knew Will had it before our ship wrecked. "Ok well just make sure to hide it from father we don't want him taking it." I know the necklace has something to do with pirates it's obvious. However, I'm not just going to tell Elizabeth that she can't wear it just because of that reason.

A knock on the door startled Elizabeth. I knew it was our father. I watched as El ran across the room to grab a shawl to cover her. "Girls? Is everything alright in there" I heard our father call from the other side of the door. "Yea don't worry we just started waking up father" He opened the door questioning why we were still in bed. The maids of the house came in and opened the blinds to our room. "Papa that's way to bright" I said squinting my eyes and the irritating sunlight that made its way through the blinds. Even Elizabeth had to squint her eyes due to the light making its way into the room.
