Chapter 9:- Neil Shouts On Akshara!!!!

"Neil, I know you came to meet me only, and thank you so much for helping me and Abhimanyu. Without your support, Abhimanyu and I couldn't be together," said Akshara, showing her happiness.

"Akshara, please, this isn't the time to talk about all this nonsense," said Neil, not wanting to stretch the topic.

"Neil, why are you calling me Akshara? Call me bhabhi; I am going to be your brother's wife," said Akshara with happiness.

"That's enough, Akshara! I told you I don't want to talk to you, and I regret that day when I supported you and bhai. When I asked bhai if he loves you and to leave Aarohi, I was only at fault, and I felt guilty after doing so. But look at yourself; you have no guilt on your face. The happiness justifies that you never cared for Aarohi!" shouted Neil at Akshara at the peak of his voice. Akshara was numb, and tears formed in her eyes.

"I told you I came to meet Ruhi, but you couldn't quietly let me meet her and made my mood even worse!" shouted Neil.

Just as Neil shouted at Akshara, many of them came downstairs: Manish, Swarna, Mimi, Kairav. Vansh and Ruhi didn't come out of her room; Vansh was sitting in the room with Ruhi so that she would stay away from all this mess.

"What happened, Neil? Why are you shouting at Akshara?" questioned Manish.

"I came here to meet Ruhi, but your daughter is just talking about herself. She doesn't have a pinch of guilt for her sister," replied Neil to Manish.

"Neil, is this the way to speak to your soon-to-be bhabhi?" said Swarna angrily.

"I thought only Akshara was like this, but no, you all are like this. There’s no guilt on your faces. At least Kairav, Vansh, Mimi, Akhilesh uncle, and Surekha aunty, for once, think about Aarohi. But you all never think about her. I didn't want to create any scene, but you all left me with no option except to shout at you all," said Neil at the peak of his voice.

"Neil, just keep quiet," said Manish, raising his voice.

"No, now I have started talking. In the morning, I confronted Bhai, and he also didn't have any guilt. So I want to question you all: what if Akshara was there that day in Aarohi's place, waiting for her groom at the altar, and he ran away with Aarohi? Would you have done the same thing you did that day when Aarohi was at the altar waiting for Bhai, and Bhai ran away with Akshara? Reply to me," said Neil, shouting.

"The answer is no; you wouldn't have reacted the same. You would punish Aarohi every single second," said Neil, deeply hurting everyone.

Everyone was quiet; they knew Neil was right. They wouldn't have reacted like they did that day, but still, the guilt was missing while Mimi and Kairav had tears in their eyes, remembering that day.

"I happily came to meet Ruhi, but thank you, everyone, for making my evening this brilliant," said Neil with disappointment.

Everyone left except for Kairav and Mimi. They all didn't want to take the topic further, nor did they want to face the reality that Neil told them.

"Neil, Ruhi is upstairs. Come, let me take you to her," said Kairav with a fake smile.

"I am sorry, Kairav, but I don't want to meet Ruhi in this mood. I will meet her tomorrow," said Neil as he was leaving.

As he was going out, he bumped into Aarohi. Aarohi was about to fall, but Neil held her hand with one hand and pulled her closer by putting his other hand on her waist. At that moment, they were very close to each other and shared an eyelock. They were trying to read each other's pain, which was clearly visible in their eyes. At that moment, Ruhi and Vansh also came out of the room and saw this. Ruhi was just happy to see her parents like this.

"They are looking so keautiful," said Ruhi, looking at them.

"It's beautiful, Ruhi," said Mimi, Kairav, and Vansh together.

After hearing their voices, Neil and Aarohi came back to the present, and Neil left Aarohi. He just whispered, "Sorry," and left the Goenka house without looking back, but Aarohi didn't know why she looked at Neil until he went.

Aarohi went inside the house.

"What happened? Why did Neil come here?" questioned Aarohi.

"Aaru, Neil took a stand for you, and he came here to meet Ruhi," said Kairav.

They all talked for a while and then went to their respective rooms to sleep. Meanwhile, in Birla House, Neil entered.

"Neil, what did you do in the Goenka house?" questioned Abhimanyu.

"The thing I told you in the morning: truth, bhai, truth," said Neil and sat at the dining table. Everyone had dinner and went to their rooms; only Neil was left.

"Neil, what happened? Why do you have this spark in your eyes?" questioned Manjari while serving dinner.

"I don't know, Maa, but I met a girl today. I don't know why, but she felt like she is close to me. It's like we have a very old relationship; it felt like I know her not just from today, but even before she was born. Her heart felt similar," he said, remembering Ruhi.

"Maybe you both were related to each other in the past," said Manjari with a smile, and after some time, they both went to sleep.
