POV Lucia
From what I remember the Minotaur was last seen by Percy Jackson, who had killed the Minotaur by sending it down a river.
"How do we kill it?" I asked as the Minotaur turned its ugly head towards us.
"Its weak spots are his side, neck, and chest," Valsilia said, running away as the Minotaur got his site on her.
I summoned Tom and Tim and got into possession. I was about to stab Tom into the Minotaur's neck, but Olivia beat me to it. With a quick slash, the Minotaur fell, but soon it recovered and turned to Olivia.
"NO," Valsilia shouted as she ran toward the monster stabbing it hard in the chest, "Help me, what are you doing there, watching this 'show'."
I quickly recovered my senses and jumped to the back of the Minotaur. It didn't notice me because I hid myself in the mist. I stabbed its neck with Tom because he liked to do the final blow in a battle.
As the Minotaur dissolved into dust, Valsilia got the horn of the Minotaur and gave it to me.
"You killed it, so it's yours," Valsilia said, smiling weakly.
'Oh.. um..." I said lost for words, "You did good too,"
"Yeah I'm sure I did," She said and walked to the tent with Olivia.
POV Lucia:
"We need to figure out the prophecy," Valsilia said pacing the tent. She'd been doing that for like 30 minutes, and I was starting to get tired. Olivia was sleeping again, still recovering from the head injury.
"Can we eat tacos?" I asked her.
"No!" Vasilia said, "You just ate a whole box of Cheetos."
" No, that was HeyHey," I said, "She has a big appetite you know" HeyHey was the name I had given to the Minatuar's horn. And yes, it's a 'she'. Vasilia ignored me, which I was pretty much getting used to now.
"In a crystal cave, under the endless blue of the sea..." she murmured, "What would be a nearby sea here?"
"The Indian Ocean?" I said helpfully, earning an eye roll from Vasilia.
"It must be the Gulf of Mexico," she said, her eyes litting up. "A place with tacos and beans. That can't be a coincidence." My tummy growled at the word 'tacos', and Vasilia frowned at me. I pointed at Sam.
"It was him."
"Ugh. You have to focus Lucia! All we know is that this 'key' is in the Gulf of Mexico, and we don't even know where Hades is!" She raised her voice, and a strong gust of wind almost knocked down the tent.
"Woah, calm down Val. You're gonna bring the whole place down." Her frown deepened when I used her nickname, and rain started pouring, hitting the tent, which was thankfully, waterproof.
"What? Should I not call you that?" She was quiet for a second before finally opening her mouth.
"No, it's fine. You can call me that."
I smiled at that, "Okay Val, and you can call me Lucy from now on."
Val shrugged and said, "Sure," The rain slowly subsided, and the wind died down, leaving the tent strangely silent. I yawned, suddenly feeling sleepy. "You should sleep for now, it's getting late. I'll do some research while keeping watch."
"Works for me," I said and got ready for bed," Also tomorrow we should have tacos." It was only an hour later that Val's excited shout woke me and Olivia up.
"I think I know where the cave is!"
