|Horror x depressed!reader|

Background: You've been living with Horror (ur bf) at Nightmare's castle for sometime now.
You've been depressed lately and wasnt eatting well. Horror, was the first to notice, being from a place that was steving to death.

"I'm not hungry, Horror" they said tiredly knowing Horror would try to push them to eat.
They haven't been eating well lately due to their depression and anxiety.

"Lamb chop... just one bite..?"

Horror took the fork stabbing the piece of meat, pushing it towards their mouth but they didn't open it.

Horror sighed, you could tell he was getting worried about them. He didn't want them to go through anything similar to what happened to him.

He made sure everyone he cared about ate. Each time they denied food, the more he grew worried.

"Horror please..." they look at him with sorrow eyes, a wave of guilt and sadness filled them. They hated seeing him upset, it hurt them worse to know it was they that made him upset.

"Lamb chop, please just eat..." his voice cracked a bit, raw with emotion.

"I said I'm not hungry!" They snapped, banging their hand on the table before standing up and running to their room.

Leaving Horror sitting up with the barely touched food.
"What's up with them?" Dust asked, making Horror turn his head at him.

Horror shrugged as he began to make his way to y/n.

Curled into a ball, tears flowing down their checks, Y/n suddenly heard a faint knock on their door.  Sighing, they tried their best to ignore it, silently pledging whoever it was would leave.

"Lamb chop..." Horror spoke oh so quiet, it was almost a whisper. Before you could respond, he had already entered.

They felt his weight on the bed, he's soft breathing. "Y/n... please talk to me..."

Horror placed a hand on them, pulling them into his chest. "You don't have to talk. But please just eat... I'm worried about you" his voice was raw with sadness, his arms wrapped around their frame.

"I-i.." their words choked inside of their throat, unable to be spoken due to the emotions boiling inside them. They felt the tears they thought they long buried, returned, falling slowly.

Horror quickly realized and pulled them even closer, kissing them on the check. "Let it all out lamb chop..."

They didn't try to keep their tears in but instead let them fall, quietly sobbing into his chest. His arms tightened around them, pulling so close as possible.

After almost an hour, they began to calm down.
Their quiet sniffles and heavy breathing filled the small room.

"Do you wanna talk about it lamb chop?"

"I-I've just been i-insecure..." they choked out, wiping their eyes with their hands. They didn't want to even look up at Horror, knowing they had worried Horror so much.

"Lamb chop, look at me" he grabbed their chin, making them look at him.

"You are prefect just the way you are, I'm sorry you feel otherwise" his voice was soft and gentle.

He leaned down, placing a kiss on their forehead. "I'm not prefect, m-my body-"

Horror cut them by a simple kiss on the lips. "Your body is prefect the way it is. Please eat something..." They hesitated, glancing down before at Horror before nodding slowly.

In a flash, Horror was up and out of the room. Y/n sighed heavily, lying down to wait for Horror.

In only a few minutes Horror was next to them, hold f/s (favorite snacks). Slowly and surely, they began to eat it. Horror held them tightly, planting a kiss on their check.

"How about we watch a movie?" Horror asked softly, watching them carefully as they ate, feeling a wave of  satisfaction.

He pulled them down, grabbing the remote and looked for a movie. Eventually when he did, he started it, placing the remote down before cuddling up next to Y/n.

"T-thank you Horror..." they whispered, feeling horror bury his face into their neck, his arms wrapped around their body. "Of course lamb chop"

"Just know, you're prefect the way you are, lamb chop"

Sorry for this short angst, I was feeling down and wanted/felt like writing this. Sorry if it's much short then the others.
