In the mayor's house, Regina sat in the living room reading the story book when she noticed a couple pages had been ripped out, she frowned slightly before slamming the book shut and walking to Henry's room.

"The missing pages, where are they?" she asked as she stood behind him in the mirror where he was getting dressed for school, he turned around to face her "It's an old book, stuff's missing, what do you care?" he shrugged.

"I care because you think I'm some Evil Queen." she raised her voice, the boy tilting his head slightly "And that hurts me Henry, I'm your mother." she told him placing her hand under his chin, "No you're not." the boy scoffed as he moved away from her.

A flicker of hurt crossed Regina's eyes "Well, then who is? that woman you and your sister brought here?" Henry looked up at her "I don't like what she or this book is doing to you, thankfully, both are no longer an issue."

He looked down at the bed collecting his bag "What?" she questioned looking at his face before the bell clock tolled causing her to turn to the window, Henry rushed out the room whilst his mother was distracted.

Regina stood in front of the bell tower staring at it in a mixture of shock and disgust, Archie stopped beside her "Hey, how about that?" the mayor rolled her eyes "Guess those rusty old innards finally straightened themselves out, huh?" she turned to his angrily before a yellow buggy caught her eyes.

"Yes, how about that indeed." she replied stuffing all her anger down.

Regina knocked on Emma's door, the blonde opening it confused at the woman "Did you know the honey crisp tree is the most vigorous and hardy of all apple trees?" she asked, Emma tilted her head slightly "It can survive temperatures as low as 40 below and keep growing, it can weather any storm."

Emma stared at her blankly "I have one that I've tended to since I was a little girl, and to this day, I have yet to taste anything more delicious than the fruit it offers." she spoke offering her an apple. "Thanks." the blonde mumbled taking it.

"I'm sure you'll enjoy them on your drive home." the woman said holding the basket out to her "Actually, I'm gonna stay for a while." Regina narrowed her eyes "I'm not sure that's such a good idea, Henry has enough issues, he doesn't need you confusing him."
