At this moment, Lyney was expecting some guests. "Where is she?" One of the guys said. "Or is it a he?" The other one replied. Both of them cackled in a rude manner and demanded poor Lyney to talk. "I told you, I don't know..." he said. Of course he lied, why would he not? If he told the truth, who knows what these men were capable of? "What's the ruckus out here?" Lynette said to her brother as they both started backing away. "You know, we're about to have dinner. Come another time please" she said casually as if this were an everyday occurrence. "TAKE ME TO HER NOW!" He finally snapped. That's what Lynette was hoping for. "Pow." She said as Lyney fired an ear-piercing shot at the guys head. "Bullseye".
The other one couldn't run. Lynette was too quick for him. He ran and ran as if his life was on the line, and of course it was. Within a matter of minutes, he had forced himself into an alleyway which looked quite suspicious to him... but he ignored his guts as his first priority was to get out of the sight of the twins. Both of the partners knew not to mess with the Fatui, but they had a deal. In a split second, while he was still caught up in his thoughts, he realized that his body was trembling. It was cold. Unusually cold.
In a moment as if somebody snapped, over 100 yellow eyes were staring at him from all directions. He had realized that he forgot his sword back at the house, and he finally cried "Please! Archons! Save me from this sorrow... I'll never commit a sin again!"
"Is that so?" A robotic voice said. That was enough to send a cold shiver down his spine. He then realized that his hands were trembling, and that the tens and hundreds of eyes, belonged to the equal ratio of cats. He knew who the voice was. "Come out" the voice once again echoed as he hid behind a trash can. He wanted to make a silent escape, but the twig he stepped on had other ideas. Even though it was just a faint sound, it sent thousands of invisible ripples through the air, connecting to Lynette's ear. "You want to play? Then let's play." she finally said. Nobody knows what happened to the guy. He might have died to her swift sword, or maybe it might have been something worse... but who knows? She might even have let him free...
