Miranda and Sewer Queen were in an abandoned house taking supplies from someone that used to live here. They knew that because they saw signs of the house being abandoned. So far, many of those are canned goods, packaged goods, a stack of lumber, beverages, a cooler, and bricks. They ended up calling for help as some of the others were able to help them get it back to the base. Miranda and Sewer Queen stayed behind to ensure the last of everyone made it out of the house and back to the base. Once they were out of view and en route back, the duo followed far behind them.
Miranda: Let's go while we can before a flood comes.
Sewer Queen: Agreed.
As they did, the duo looked around to make sure nothing was going to scare them or kill 'em. As well as throwing any light sources they had to keep any gloomoths away. As they lit their way, they suddenly heard a ripple in the water. At first, they thought it was a semi aquatic creature and hurried. Soon however, a figure appears out of the water in front of them. Miranda gets into defensive mode, but sees what the figure looked like. She is a tall girl, who has long black hair tied in twintails and wears a yellow raincoat atop a purple shirt and blue pants.

???: My name is Nessie. I am from around here.
Miranda: Miranda Killgallen and this is Sewer Queen.
Sewer: Now what brings you here in the sewers?
Nessie: It's a long story.
Miranda: You can come with us because it's not safe here.
The tall girl nodded as she then came with the duo back to the resistant base.
