After that electric experience we went back to the motel and hung out in the parking lot for a bit.
"And then Hailey was screamin and I was holdin her and we were all about to have a heart attack, it was sick" Boone tells.
"And then Boone hit a backflip, and we all had this wholesome movie moment" Tyler explains.
I laugh at them as they tell the story. "Don't y'all do this like everyday?" I ask.
"Yeah but, it was our first one with you" Tyler explains. Lilly pats my back and smiles. "You did great with this Hailey, I'm so proud of you"
"Thanks Lilly, it's a big step for me" I add. "Y'know Hailey, you might just be the toughest woman I know, maybe tougher than Boone" Tyler jokes.
Boone looks at him. "She might be tougher but I'm definitely better looking" Boone teases doing the most sassy hair flip I've ever seen.
We all burst out laughing and continue talking until storm par pulled in. Tyler puts himself in front of me as I spot Javi.
"Protecting her now? Y'all must be closer than I thought" Javi shouts. "Shut up Javi!" I shout back.
"What? You think because you got over watching your friends die your tough?"
My jaw drops, he was out to hurt me at this point. "That's real low Javi, Real low" I say storming to my motel.
I'll I could do was collapse on the bed in tears.

Tyler's pov
I watch Hailey storm to her room so I sent Lilly and Dani to make sure she was okay. My next line of business was Javi. I was either about to shoot his tires out or beat the shit out of him. Both would work.
"Are you that low? Does your life suck that bad to say that to somebody?"
"Oh Tyler, don't act all protective over her" Javi scoffs. "Your an asshole, and if I see you speak one damn word I mean it Javi, I'll beat the living shit out of you understand me?"
"Damn" Javi spoke driving off. Me and Boone walk towards Haileys motel door and knock. "Come in" I hear Lilly say.
Hailey was calm but her cheeks were tear stained witch only made me want to beat him more. "I'm okay" she mumbles.
Haileys pov
Tyler and Boone both showed support for me witch was very nice. "I love you guys" I say giving a group hug to everyone.
After everything had calmed down I stayed in my room for a little bit of alone time. I knew the next morning we'd be chasing again and I prepared myself for it.
After a long night of good sleep I stir when my door is knocked on. "Hailey, wake up" I hear. I throw my hair into a messy bun and put a hoodie on over my bra I slept in.
I look out the peephole and there stood Tyler with a to go coffee. I open my door and smile slightly.
"Mornin Ms Nader wrangler" he teases.
"Mornin, thanks for the coffee" I add. "I'll cya in a minute, gotta go wake up Boone, dude sleeps like a rock" He says. I laugh and wave as I shut the door.
I throw myself together in my jeans and a rain jacket that still said storm par. I put my tennis shoes on and walked out to where Tyler and Boone were.
"Mornin Hailey" Boone says. "Mornin" I reply. "Ready to chase some tornadoes today?" Tyler asks. I nod this time.
"Please, please let me do the big booms" Boone practically begs.
"Okay Boone, you can do it I guess" I reply. Boone cheers and Tyler laughs. "Sorry bout him, he's got a lot of energy" Tyler says leaning over me as I looked at the radar.
"It's fine, he's funny so it counteracts his energy" I add. Tyler placed a kiss on the top of my head witch caught me off guard. He smiled walking away from me.
