Luckily, the Empire State Building didn't collapse, thanks to its more conventional construction compared to the Twin Towers as the fires won't be put out until 9:15 PM. It would be repaired and reopened in 2008. Followed by a memorial built three years later.

As for the United Nations Building, it would be repaired and reopened in July 2007 with a memorial honoring the victims two years later in November 2009. 

As for Ground Zero, it will be cleaned up and One World Trade Center will be built and opened on November 3, 2014, which more buildings of the World Trade Center rebuilding in the making as memorials for the September 11 attacks will be build and the memorial will be open the following day as the museum was opened on May 21, 2014.

At the Pentagon, the fires will be put out later that day and clean and rebuilding process begin, and the Pentagon will not be opened until a year later as a memorial will be built and opened on the seventh anniversary of the attacks.

As for the US Capitol Building, United 93 was flown into the Capitol Building's rotunda, causing the building to collapse, which caused the more death toll as the plane crash itself. The clean-up process and rebuilding began nearly three months after the attacks and the US Capitol Building will not be opened until September 9, 2017, as a memorial and museum for the members of Congress and Senate, Capitol Police, and the Heroes of United 93, who tried to prevent it from happening, was constructed and built; and wasn't opened until September 10, 2018.

In Langley, West Virgina, the CIA Headquarters would be rebuilt and opened again in October 2010 with the newest agents and survivors coming back into the building with a memorial park for the victims opening up in May 2013. 

In Chicago, the clean-up begins just days later, and rebuilding follows suit; and it won't be opened until May 11, 2015, followed by a memorial, two months later. With the rebuilding of the New Sears Tower, it was renamed the Wills Freedom Tower, which brought HD quality and sound quality to radio and television stations all over.

In Boston, clean-up and searching for survivors followed suit until the final survivor was found on September 15. After gathering the bodies and sending them to the morgue, rebuilding and construction has begun, and the Hancock Building wasn't complete on August 11th, 2013, just a month before the 12th anniversary of the attacks, followed by a memorial opened up on May 8, 2014.

In San Francisco, the Trans-America Pyramid wasn't repaired and reopened until August 2006 with a memorial park was created and opened on September 8th, 2010.

In Las Vegas, Boulder City, Colorado, and other surrounding areas, clean-up begins in October 2001, with later on branding Boulder City to be unhabitable to live in. Instead, the once-Boulder City is renamed Hoover Dam Memorial National Park as soon as the water was drained and built. Completion of the memorial wasn't finished until September 10th, 2019, with the Hoover Dam. 

In Las Vegas, the entire city would be repaired and rebuild as soon as the flooding waters were drained as New York New York was forced to close and dismantle its roller coaster and the MGM Grand and the adjacent buildings housing M&M's World and Gameworks were destroyed. Both buildings were never built as the location has now become a massive plaza with a memorial bearing the names of those who died on that day. The site wasn't complete until September 11, 2016, 15 years after the attack.

Planet Hollywood was repaired after being scorched by the fires and continues to operate as M&M's World was relocated to New York New York, across the Strip.

In Los Angeles, the tower wasn't rebuilt and reopened until August 23rd, 2009, and a memorial park wasn't opened until September 1st, 2011. 

And in Seattle, the top portion of the Space Needle was rebuilt and reconstructed back at the top of the Needle and wasn't reopened until September 2nd, 2006, with a memorial park for Flight 87 was built and opened on October 19th, 2017.
