After Yuan's attempted to assault on me, I was really scared.
It's a good thing grandma arrived; when she saw us, she started shouting, which caused people from the nearby houses to come out.
Today is my departure day; I'm feeling nervous, but I won't let my anxiety get the better of me.
"Michael, be careful where you're going!" Grandma's reminder, I should smile before I speak.
"Of course, you should take care of yourself too!" i said and hugged him, and he hugged me back. It was the same with dad.
"Please take care, okay?" i said to them while trying to hold back my tears.
They smiled before nodding, as the tricycle I would take to town was already outside.
I see that their faces are sad, and so am I, but I need to stay strong.
When I started to step towards the tricycle, I didn't look back anymore because I might change my mind and decide not to go.
Before I could fully board, I could still hear my grandma's and Dad's soft sobs. I wiped the tear that fell on my cheek before taking a deep breath and releasing it forcefully.
As I rode the bus to Manila, I just looked out the small window because I was entertained by the scenery around me.
This is the first time I will be going to Manila, so I am truly amazed by the sights.
Perhaps the bus will stop soon because I can see tall buildings all around.
I was suddenly surprised when some men entered and approached where I was sitting.
I suddenly felt nervous because they were all dressed in black suits.
I just realized that someone covered my mouth with a handkerchief, which caused me to lose consciousness.
But before I lost consciousness, I could still hear the shouting around me as people were in chaos.
Before I completely closed my eyes, I saw a man who had a different smile for me, and then everything went black.
