Chapter 22

    Michael Pov's

The deafening silence envelops the inside of the car, with no one wanting to break it.

We've been riding for hours and my butt is getting sore, shit! I didn't really know that he would actually come; I thought it was just a joke.

I suddenly felt hungry because my stomach just growled. I just realized that the car had stopped in front of a large restaurant.

This restaurant is just an hour away from us. He went down while I just stayed inside.

I have no intention of eating; it's a waste of money to pay for that.

"What are you waiting for? Maybe you want me to take you inside!" He smiled mischievously, which made me turn my gaze towards him.

I stopped being picky because I'm really hungry now.

While we were sitting, he was the one who's ordered for; I don't know anything about that, I usually just eat at the eatery.

"Here's your order, sir," said the waiter while looking at me intently.

Because he was smiling, I smiled back.

"Enjoy your meal, Sir!" He smiled at me before putting down the food.

I was delighted to see the delicious dishes laid out on the table.

"Tsk! Leave!" Authority was uttered by Damien while seriously looking at the waiter.

I was surprised because I thought the waiter had already left, but he hadn't.

While we were eating, I noticed that his gaze kept drifting towards me, but I just ignored it because I was hungry.

We finished quickly, just as I was about to stand up when a man approached me.

"Ah Sir, may I get to know you?" This is a polite question by him.

I was about to speak, but I heard Damien's authoritative command.

"Don't talk to my Boyfriend!" This was he said in a cold tone.

I suddenly felt giddy because he said I was his boyfriend, but that excitement quickly faded when I remembered he has a girlfriend.

"Wow, look at you Michael, he have a girlfriend already, tsk!" I am angry with myself  with that though.

The waiter left with his head down while I stared blankly into space because of what he did.

Our journey became quick because we were close, and as soon as the car stopped, I immediately got out and hurried to the house.

When I saw my grandma, I immediately hugged her while holding back my tears. I want to complain to him so that I can feel a little better, but I didn't do it.

gradma glanced behind me while I turned to look back, and there I saw Damien leaning against the door with his hands in his pockets, he's kinda hot in that posture.
