"What is this...?" M/n dropped his things on the floor upon seeing the state of the house; his liquor cabinet was unlocked, beer bottles scattered, dirt on his carpet, food spilled on the floor, and the couch lay Rindou with his 'buddies' who were snoring.
"what does it look like? we're having a party" Rindou smirked, ready to see a fuming M/n. he was finally getting a glimpse of what facade he was hiding underneath his mask. abusive? or perhaps bipolar?
"alright, have fun. I'll clean up after you're done" M/n smiled before picking up his things and going to his room. Rindou sat there stunned, even Ran who was watching from the crack of the door was confused. "it...didn't work?" Ran came out, his eyes glued on M/n bedroom door. "b-but aren't these expensive? for sure I thought he'd lash out" Rindou double-checked the price on the beer bottles he finished. sure enough, they were expensive ones.

"continue drinking? is it good though?" Ran grabbed an unfinished wine bottle, giving it a light gulp. to his shock, the flavors were rich and smooth. perfectly fermented, slightly bitter but has a sweet aftertaste. he could hardly believe, M/n would just overlook what Rindou just did to his liquors.
