007 - eternal sunshine of the spotless mind

I kept tossing and turning in Nicks bed he was definitely a snorer. I decided to just get some fresh air

I was sitting out on the balcony of Matt's room just staring, and thinking. Lola kept pressing me about taking the role. But that means I would have to leave the triplets for months while shooting the show

  "why are you in here?" Matt groans from his bed "I just like looking out here" he sits up and stares at me from his bed "why is that I see you more at night?" I walk over and sit on his bed "that wasn't an invite" he says pushing me off "ow" I roll on the floor and drops me his pillow and blanket "isn't this?" I was about ask if it was his "don't need it" he turns back into his bed with no blanket or pillow dozing off

I felt a slight buzz I think he might've dropped his phone when he tossed his blanket down "oh Matt" I say about to hand him his phone when I realized it was Sab texting him "hm?" He groans "nothing" I reply feeling my heart sink a bit

I more concerned of what I'll leave if I stay

"I liked the scream movie by the way" I smile "thanks" "I liked the part when you died" I roll my eyes and throw his phone onto the bed "yeah okay goodnight Matt" and he starts laughing tossing his phone onto his nightstand "goodnight Eliana"

I woke up in Matt's bed tucked in with the blanket. I walked out to see Chris making breakfast "what you making?" I ask putting my chin on his shoulders "French toast" hm "I found the recipe in this cookbook" he says pointing over to the book "that's mine!" I yell grabbing it "well then it's gonna be amazing so hush" "where's the other two?" He just shrugs and gets back to cooking "put the book back when you're done" I say leaving it there for him

"Hey guys" I say walking into nicks room were there both chilling there playing fortnite "hey" they say In sync "Chris making french toast" the both groan "Chris sucks at cooking" nick says looking up at me "it's my own recipe" "oh then it's definitely gonna suck" Matt says not looking up from the screen "rude!" I gasp and Nick smack the back of his head "so what's the plan for today?" "Another party?" Matt jokes "yup" me and Matt both looked at nice "I have to talk to Tara about some collab and Chris and I have to 'apologize' to carrington" I roll my eyes "you guys don't have to go" he sighs "okay!" I say happily walking out "wait! Please come!" He yells chasing after me

I was chilling on the couch with Finn watching Modern Family and drowning in my bag of hot Cheetos. Oh yeah with Matt too. I don't he just sat down and didn't say anything. At first I'd smack his hand whenever he tried to grab a Cheeto then I eventually gave up. Only cause he called me big back.

"Any plans for Christmas?" He asks quietly "yup I'm gonna spoil Finn with toys and then just rot the holiday away" he looks over at me "yes I'm still getting you guys presents" I joke "what about your family?" I just shrug he nods and we sat in silence some more "I'm sorry if the show is boring you could change it" I say handing him remote "no no I like it" I raised my eyebrows and smile

"I'm done with chips you want the rest??" I ask he shakes his head and I go to put them back in the kitchen

When I came back he was now sitting on couch next to where I was sitting

"Can I know?" Know? I look over to him with a confused face "about your parents" oh.

"My um" "you don't have to" he stops me "no no I want to, I haven't talked about them in a minute" I clear my throat and pause the tv "my dad died when I'm was 13 my mom didn't want me to drown in it. She let me grieve and then tried to give me a good life.

  Then when I was seventeen i got offered the role in scream and after that i think she realized that i was gonna actually be okay on my own and she drunk until her heart stopped" Matt just stared at me "she never saw the movie"

he put his hand on my back and I jumped a bit and moved further "she loved my dad too much she just couldn't go on much longer" we sat there for a bit in silence "she liked my YouTube videos though" i laugh "hard not to like them" he smiles "Heyy look who the fan is" I say gently smacking his shoulder

  "im sorry you went through that Eliana" I looked at him a sighed "clementine" "what?" He asked "that's my actual first name Clementine" he sat there with a shock expression "yeah Clementine Eliana Maddox" he started laughing "listen my dad was obsessed with eternal sunshine" "of the spotless mind" he finishes my sentence and we laugh nodding our heads "it was just hard for my mom to keep calling me by my first name and i completely understood it was hard to hear it to" we kinda just sat there together and watched the show

"I like your name" he says quietly before falling asleep on the couch
