ᯓ it was a afternoon, the suns light hitting the limp body through the window. there were sobs filling the small farm house.
" Y..YOU FUCKER ! " a younger boy's voice was heard.
there stood the younger boy's sister. there were bruises filling her body.
Her loud sobs filled the room, her head slowly began to ache at how hard her sobs were.
" GET AWAY FROM HER ! " there stood her elder brother.
he had a tight grip on his mother.
there laid their mother.
The soft beige carpet was stained with a dark shade of red.
he had his grip tight on the soft fabric of his mother's sweater.
their father, stood in front of the three figures in front of him.
he held his belt in one hand, and a medium sized bat with a bit of red dried up liquid.
" God..shut up henry. " He sternly spoke.
the younger boy simply glared daggers at the much taller figure in front of him.
" Go to hell. " He spat out.
the elder man felt a sense of anger rush through his body.
" You watch your damn mouth boy. " he said in a low tone.
the much younger boy ignored his presence before he rushed towards his baby sister.
"It's okay..it's okay.." the younger boy muttered as he slowly rocked her in his warm arms.
the elder man approached the younger siblings.
" Get the hell away from us!! " the younger boy scooted back away from the man.
the man couldn't help but let a soft scoff escape from his lips.
his heavy footsteps were heard disappearing away from the siblings.
the room door was heard being slammed shut, creating a loud slam.
the younger boy had instinctively jumped.
his gaze quickly darted towards the baby in his hands.
" ..it's okay elise. " he muttered under his breath.
