Kaden wasn't the one who gave up on dances or any party. And where exactly was he? At a party.
He watched as Sarah Cameron walked in. She smiled as the girls talked to her, her blonde hair being moved behind her ear by her finger.
Her eyes flickered with interest. Kaden drenched his cup as he watched the short girl.
She wasn't with topper. And he sure as hell didn't see topper.
Not that he gave a fuck anyway about him.
Sarah looked over at Kaden, her smile growing more. He sighs. He walks away but she moved through the crowd to reach him.
"Kaden! Kaden!! Hey!" He stopped and leaned against the wall. "Oh hey kook princess." She smiled up at him.
"You're here?" She says. "Yeah? It's a party." She nodded. "Right. You don't have a gun do you? Like jj."
"You know topper beated John b bad. He's lucky I don't beat him." She shakes her head.
"Topper. He didn't mean to." She spoke. Kaden nodded. "What'd you want princess? A nice hair massage?"
"No, I just wanted to say hey okay?" She said. Kaden looked the girl up and down.
He nodded. "Great." He spoke. Sarah was nervous, she wanted to talk to the boy who seemed to be, Less interested in what she had to say.
"I understand the whole 'rules.' But if we could just talk like regular people it would be fine." She said upset a little.
Kaden sighed. "What do you want me to fucking say Sarah? That jj is sorry? He didn't shoot anyone, if it wasn't for your bitch of a boyfriend it wouldn't have happened okay?"
He walked away leaving Sarah to look sad. Kaden stepped outside.
She follows him, grabbing his arm. "Hey!" She yelled at him. She let his arm go. "You don't get to just walk away Kaden. We use to be friends!"
"Get over your self Sarah. We were fucking project partners, which in fact I recall you leaving me to do all the work."
She looked upset. "I'm sorry! Okay!" He stared at her. "Okay. What do you want?" "Topper isn't here and I'll love to dance.."
Her eyes met his making him feel that feeling had he when she use to look into his eyes.
That falling in love feeling. "So Sarah Cameron? Wants to dance with me?" He cracked a smile which Sarah did as well.
"Oh get over yourself." She took him back inside and Sarah danced. Kaden watched her. "Yeah this isn't really my thing."
"Oh come on!" She grabbed his arm making his hand go on her body.
