After walking listlessly but silent In the heart of a serene monastery, Peanut knelt before the abbot of the temple. The air was thick with incense, and the soft chanting of prayers echoed through the ancient halls.

The abbot, a venerable figure with eyes that seemed to hold the wisdom of countless lifetimes, spoke in a calm, measured tone. "Peanut, your time here has prepared you for a greater purpose. In your next life, you will be reborn into a world of chaos and division. Your task will be to form a union amidst this turmoil."

Peanut's heart raced. "Master, how will I know what to do?"

The abbot smiled gently. "The path will not be clear, and the challenges will be many. But remember, unity is not about erasing differences; it is about embracing them. You must listen with compassion, act with integrity, and lead with humility."

Peanut bowed his head, absorbing the weight of his mission. "I will do my best, Master."

The abbot placed a hand on Peanuts shoulder. "Remember, the seeds of unity are sown in the hearts of those who seek peace. Trust in your inner wisdom, and you will find the way."

As Peanut rose to leave, the abbot's final words lingered in the air. "In the midst of chaos, be the stillness. In the face of division, be the bridge."

Be at one with your breathe , feel it fill your chest with live giving oxygen. With the exhale let out all the darkness, regrets and repression of your days struggle and let it go with the wind.
