"Bill, you can keep denying

But your soul is crying

Your heart gone, sanity too.

You'll still have to see my program through." The Axolotl said. "To heal the damage, I'm sending you to earth. But I'm leaving you with a curse. You cannot use your power or harm another. But you can keep your regeneration and still change color." (Guys I'm trying to rhyme, don't judge. The axolotl speaks in riddles and rhymes.)

Cipher stared blankly at the god, before the words sunk in. He frowned with his eye and processed it. "You want me to return to Earth?! That disappointing hunk of rock?! If you wanted me to suffer, you should have sent me to hell."

"Bill, you must understand, I'm trying to help you as best as I can."

The triangle glared with his singular eye, not buying a word, and not wanting to try. But up in his head, he had a devious thought. He could get revenge on the Pines, and it would hurt... A LOT. And this curse, it may be tricky, but Bill had his wits and his voice. What's stopping him from making some noise?

The Ax sighed, and knew what would happen, but they sincerely hoped he'd see what's good for himself. "Mr. Cipher, this is your choice, but in truth, I'm not heeding your voice. You must face this challenge, it was in our deal. This is the only way for you to grow and to heal."

Bill thought for another moment, blinded by revenge. He looked at his old friend and nodded. "Alright, I'll give it a try, but I doubt your silly tricks will work."

The Axolotl looked at him for a moment. "You're one to talk, master of deception. But maybe your evil is just a misconception." He reached out his hand to the triangle.

"You want me to shake your hand again?" Bill questioned. "I'm not wanting to be soul-bound to another stupid therapy sample session."

The amphibian let out a small laugh and scooped him up in their hand. Bill was caught off guard by the sudden action. Axolotl began to swim(?) through space and time, traveling until they came across the planet known as Earth. After checking the dimension and reality number, they dropped the triangle onto the planet.

Bill fell quite a long distance, landing on the ground, yet not painfully. He glanced around, taking in the familiar (and slightly nostalgic) sight. He suddenly heard a familiar voice. The voice of Stanley Pines. His eye narrowed as he turned around. There, the whole Pines family had gathered, they held suitcases and seemed to be chatting. They were completely oblivious to the demon watching from the trees.

As Bill stood there watching, he wondered if he should make his presence known, maybe scare the crap out of them. He adjusted his hat (for no fucking reason :0) and stepped out from behind the trees.

"Well, well, well, hello Pines." He spat. "Happy closer-to-death day, Pine tree and Shooting star."

The whole family jumped before instinctively reaching for any weapon.

"BILL?!" Shrieked Stanford. "YOU SHOULD BE DEAD!"

"Get back you one-eyed 'cry-angle'! Nobody touches my family!" Yelled the other twin as he grabbed the weapon in his coat.

"Bill!" Yelped Dipper. "No, no, no..."

The dream demon laughed and then spoke, "You're all getting worked up over nothing. I'm not here to do anything."

"Lies! You speak nothing but lies, Cipher." Ford pointed out. "We don't, and can't, trust you."

"Go to hell you demon!" And with that, Stanley threw his sharpest objects at Bill.

"Oh please, I was deemed too annoying for that plac-" He was cut short when one of the objects hit his eye. "OW! MY EYE! WHAT IS IT WITH YOU PEOPLE AND HITTING EYES?!" His hands covered the singular eye as a shiny liquid poured out. Silver blood.

"I-is that blood..?" Mabel asked, sounding faint. "You can bleed?!"

"Yes I can bleed!" He hissed, "I can get injured after all."

"Quit the act, Bill! We know you're here for a reason." Stanford exclaimed.

"Sixer, as it happens, I'm not here on my own accord." The Dream Demon mumbled, his hand leaving his eye as it began to heal.

"And why should we trust your word?" Ford snapped.

"Because I brought him here. You have nothing to fear." Another voice answered.

Above the trees and clouds, a peculiar head peeked down into Earth's atmosphere. "I am the Axolotl. God of mutation, death, and twins. I brought Bill here to atone for his sins. Teach him kindness and empathy, for he is still young despite his legacy."

"What. The. Hell. Is that?" Stanley muttered.

"That's a big axolotl, dudes." Soos pointed out.

"Sorry, did you say that you brought him back here? On purpose?! DO YOU KNOW WHAT HE'S DONE?" Dipper yelled. "He nearly killed us all!" He then turned to Bill, "I don't know what kind of creature you got to do your bidding, but we'll beat you again!"

Bill's eye narrowed. "You only beat me last time because of your stupid trick. But I'm more cautious!"

"SILENCE! Your bickering shall be your downfall. Speak kindly or not at all." The Axolotl bellowed. "Cipher is not here for chaos. I brought him here to learn remorse."

"Wait, wait, wait, here's here for a punishment?" Stanley asked. He stared at the Euclidean for a moment. "HAH! You're stuck here!" He paused, caught in a fit of laughter. "You don't even have your powers, do you?"

"Doesn't matter! You're stuck with ME. I refuse to be taunted like this! You're lucky I'm powerless! I would have wiped your existence off the face of the multiverse you skin-sack!" Bill retorted

The Axolotl sighed. "I ask that you try to learn the error of your ways. You will be here for many days." He turned to the Pines. "Teach him kindness, and don't be afraid, he won't do anything, and I'll give you aid. I'll be watching this encounter, the curse on Bill leaves him without power. His regeneration will remain, for reasons I feel I don't have to explain."

"And why should we help you?" Dipper questioned.

"You all receive one collective wish. Whatever you want, I will give. But if the wish is one of carnage, it is your family name you will tarnish." The Axolotl said. And with that, they vanished.

"So... We're stuck with him now?" Wendy spoke up finally, pointing at the triangle.
