Bill was currently trying to lift a few of Mabel's markers with his newfound power. The coloring utensils only lifted a few centimeters before falling again. He huffed, wondering what was going on. His power was coming back, but he couldn't control it as well as he should be. Cipher gave up and decided to go downstairs, it was late in the day anyways.
As he went down the stairs, he could smell something, something was being cooked. Eager to see what it was, he jumped down the last flight of stairs. It hurt, but at this point, he couldn't care. He was already dead.
Looking into the kitchen, he saw everyone gathered around a table, eating something that looked like... chicken. At least, that's what he thought it was, he doesn't know much about human food.
"Oh, uh... Hello, Bill." Stanford said, looking over at the triangle in the doorway. "Do you need something-"
"Hi!!" Mabel called enthusiastically. "You're just in time for dinner! Actually, do triangles need to eat?"
"I don't know, I've never had to eat before. Actually, the last time I ate was like a billion years ago." He shrugged.
"A billion? Bill, just how old are you?" Dipper inquired.
"Over a trillion years of life, kid." Cipher said nonchalantly.
Dipper just stared at him. "A trillion? Why is nobody else shocked by this!?"
"We already knew." Everyone else replied unanimously.
"Ugh, why am I the last to know everything? C'mon people!" He said, exasperated.
"Anyways, back to my question, since you're like mortal now, do you need to eat?" Mabel interrupted.
A small growl came from Bill's stomach(?) (bro- triangle anatomy is weird.) He stared down at his body.
He mumbled, "What is that stupid spasming happening to my lower body?"
"I'll take that as a yes! Get on over here." Mabel pointed out the growling from his stomach.
Reluctantly, Bill climbed onto the open chair at the table. He was mostly uninvited, but nobody wanted to make Mabel angry. He pretended to not notice the looks given by everyone else. Mabel quickly scraped together another plate and handed it to him.
"Try it!" She commanded, not taking no for an answer.
Bill stared at the steaming plate of chicken, wondering how it would taste. He picked up a piece and stared at it before putting it to his eye. His eyelids folded back to reveal teeth as he chomped on it.
Dipper yelped at the sight, "HELL NO, NOPITY NOPE!" He scooted back from the table.
After Bill finished eating he opened his eye again and stared at Dipper. "What?"
"Why do you eat like that???" Dipper asked, curious and a little grossed out.
"I don't know. I just eat like that. You better get used to it, Pine Tree." Cipher stated, annoyed.
"So your eye acts as a mouth and eye?" Mabel points out. "Wow, that's freaky and cool!"
Bill shrugged. "Always has, always will."
"Enough of all this, I'm gonna ask some questions now. First of all, what is The Axolotl?" Ford suddenly interrupted, beginning to interrogate Bill.
"It's in the name, Sixer."
Ford sighed. "Yes, but what are they? Not in terms of biology, but universal rank."
"That's a big question there. But think of that human religion....Christians and how they believe in like a God. That god is The Axolotl, except they aren't the all powerful creator. They did create everything, but they let it run on its own while occasionally intervening." Bill explained.
