"LADIES AND GENTLEMEN, WE'RE IMPOSING A CURFEW for the safety of everyone in the area. Unless you're a safety official, please clear the area till 5:00 am."

Cami ignored the announcement on the loudspeaker as she sprinted toward the slowing van across the street. She and Scott had arrived at Crystal Springs a few minutes before, and Cami and Twyla had been consoling a young girl, Millie, while her parents helped pick up the damaged rubble on the streets. When she saw the van turn down around the far building's corner, she had left Twyla to comfort her to race toward it.

The wranglers had arrived as well at the same time she and Scott had. They had set up a table and were giving out free shirts and food to the locals. She had seen Tyler's tall frame in the distance, but he had immediately run over to a crying teenager across the way, so he had only nodded in her direction in acknowledgment.

Cami reached the van right as the doors opened. Kate let out a grunt as she was slammed by the sweet girl once more into a tight embrace. "I'm so glad you guys are ok. I was so worried!" Cami released Kate after a long moment only to grab Javi and yank him to her. "Please don't scare me like that again. I don't think I could handle it."

When she released them, the couple took in the scene. All the buildings down the street were torn apart by the tornado. Houses with their literal roofs torn off and rubble and debris of the broken buildings littering the street. "It's good that we came to help," Javi said.

"I wish we could do more," Kate sighed, her heart hurting just as much as Cami's for the people and the town. "Javi, can the data from the PAR radar show us how the tornado died?"

Javi nodded. "Yeah, why?"

"I don't know. Maybe we could use it to prevent all this," Kate said sadly.

"There's the Kate I know." Javi managed to crack a smile. "Hey, look, um, you take the truck, all right? I'll go deal with locating the radar. You should rest."

"Scott sent Scarecrow and Wizard on it, but I'm sure they could use the help," Cami told him. "You can stick with me and Scott," she then told Kate. "He's talking to some of the business owners around here. But you can help Twyla and I clean up this mess." She glanced back and smiled softly when she saw Millie giggling as Twyla licked her fingers.

Javi then left the girls to talk to Scott about the radar, and Kate followed as Cami made her way back to the girl and Twyla, picking up a small door sign to a bar on the floor as she walked, it reading, "LARA & EDDIE'S" in bold red lettering and flourishing designs around its border. "Hey, Millie," she called to her gently. When she looked up, she held up the sign. "Is it all right if I go find who this belongs to? Want to make sure they get it back."
