44. Pig-Napped

MK and her friends arrived at their next destination.... Which was the swamp. Teens and kids managed to land on the bridge except Tang fell into the water filled with alligators.

The twins screamed as the alligator wrestled with Tang. Miku, Mei, Red Son, and Jinzi managed to rescue him and ran away from the lake. They soon arrived at a safe location. Mei was busy bandaging Tang's head while MK catches a breather. Jinzi, Red Son, and the twins in the other were scouting if there were any threats coming near them.

"Dang! I had a really good feeling about this chapter!" says Rin.

Rin: "I mean pigs love mud puddles."

Mei: "And stuff with truffles...!"

Raya: "Seriously you two?! Have you guys ever once seen Pigsy loving mud?"

The two of them shook their heads.

Red Son: "Really Shaman boy? You think all demon pigs love to be in mud?"

Raya: "Exactly. So, why do you think he would actually be here?"

"Because this is Zhu Baijie. Not Pigsy." Said MK and she looks around.

MK: "Remember guys. We are now in the journey to the west. And in other words, this is the story in how Zhu Baijie met Monkey King and Monk Tang."

Jinzi: "She's right. The sooner we find Pigsy and make him remember who he is. The sooner we can get out of here."

Red Son: "And quickly! We must get out of here as possible before the curse senses us tampering with the memories...!"

That was when Tang started to scream in tantrum.

Tang: "That's it! This Tang has had it! We've been through a billion chapters of Monkey King's Journey to the West, and I fear no close in finding Pigsy, Sandy, or Monkey King! I'm tired, my feet hurt, and I've had this thing attached to me since we visited the chapter with the snake village!!!"

Tang shows them the snake clinging on to his arm. Seeing this Jinzi pulls it off of him while Raya heals him.

Rin: "Ah, don't be like that Mr. Tang. It wasn't so bad... those snake lady demons were actually pretty friendly."

Tang: "THEY TRIED TO EAT ME!!! AND THEIR CHIEF WANTED MK TO MARRY HIS SON!!!"

Red Son: "Hey! Be glad I came to the rescue! You whining peasant!" 

Mei: "It's not our fault you look so sweet~.... And MK can't help it when she's pretty and caring towards others."

Tang: "Ugh...! I just wish we can find our friends and go home...!"

MK: "Stay strong Mr. Tang...! Ok, I am totally hearing your concerns and look I get it.... Learning to use your new powers is hard. Trust me, I know."

Rin: "And I just think maybe.... and don't be mad when in what I'm about to say. Maybe, if you spent a little less time in complaining. And little more time thinking, thinking.... Then maybe we would've found our friends by now...?"

Raya slapped her hand on her face feeling annoyed by her brother's antics.

Rin: "Maybe...?"

Tang: "Hey! I'm following these vague instructions from this mysterious Azure Lion perfectly! We should have found something by now!?!"

Jinzi: "I still don't get it why the journey never mentioned about him?"

Raya: "Red Son?"

Red Son: "Sorry witch girl. My father who was close to Wukong and Azure never told much. It feels as if he wanted to completely forget about him."
