Wtf happened to her?
The hallways of Hogwarts were a blur as I carried Y/N through the maze of stone corridors. Her limp body was heavy against me, and I could feel the rising panic in my chest with every step. Our friends followed close behind, their faces etched with worry and confusion.
"Draco, how is she?" Nora's voice was strained, barely masking her fear.
"She's still unconscious, but she's breathing," I replied, my voice gruff as I tried to steady myself. "We need to get her to her dorm quickly."
"Who could have done this?" Theo asked, glancing around as if expecting the culprit to leap out from the shadows.
"I don't know," I said, my frustration evident. "But we need to figure it out and fast."
As we reached the entrance to Slytherin common room, I carried Y/N inside, our friends crowding around me trying not to attract any attention to me carrying an unconscious girl with nothing but a blanket around her body.
"We need to get her to her room," I said with urgency.
Nora and Pansy immediately began to arrange a safe place for Y/N to rest while Lucas and Blaise stood at the bottom of the spiral staircase, blocking anyone from following.
"I can't believe this," Pansy muttered as Theo and I reached her dorm. "Who would want to hurt her?"
"It must be someone with a grudge," Theo suggested, frowning. "But who?"
Theo, taking charge, began pacing. "We should start by figuring out if anyone saw or heard anything. Maybe there's a clue."
"Agreed," I said, feeling a surge of frustration. "But we also need to be careful. We don't want to create a panic or alert anyone to what's happened to her."
Theo nodded. "I'll go talk to the professors patrolling. They might have seen something or have any information that could help."
"But we can't even tell them what happened," I said, pacing the room, "What if she doesn't want them to know? You know what she's like, it will have to be her call."
Pansy nodded in agreement, "Yeah, that's true. We need a different reason to why we are asking and it has to be a good one because the teachers are not stupid."
Theo's face lit up as if he had an idea in mind, "I have an idea. I'll go place my wand in the prefect's bathroom and say to Snape that someone stole my wand and ran in the direction of the prefect's bathroom and I couldn't see their face."
"Good Idea, Theo," Nora turned to to look at us pacing the dorm. "You need to make sure you say you didn't chase them there as we are not allowed to wander the castle that late at night because that sounds believable."
"Okay, I will," Theo said with a look of determination on his face.
As Theo hurried out, I turned back to Y/N, who was still unconscious but now lying on her bed.
"We need to keep this quiet," I said. "If word gets out, it could make things worse."
Nora, her face pale but resolute, looked at me. "We need to know who did this and why. Y/N's been targeted, and that means it could happen to her again and it could end worse."
Pansy stepped forward. "What if it was someone from another house? Someone with a reason to want to cause trouble?"
Blaise trailed up the spiral staircase to Y/N's dorm and crossed his arms. "It could be someone with a personal vendetta. We've all made enemies, and it's possible someone's taken it too far. Us Slytherins aren't always the nicest people."
