Minho sat on the floor of the practice room, his back resting against the mirrored wall, sweat trickling down his neck.

He glanced at the clock on the far wall, 1:43 a.m.

Everyone else had long gone, leaving the studio silent, except for the faint hum of the AC. The choreography wasn't clicking, and frustration knotted tight in his chest.

"Still stuck?"

A familiar voice called softly from the doorway.

Minho looked up, his expression softening just a little as Seungmin entered, holding two bottles of water. He tossed one to Minho, then plopped down beside him on the floor.

"You should be asleep,"

Minho muttered, unscrewing the cap.

"Tomorrow's a full day."

"Could say the same to you,"

Seungmin replied, leaning back on his hands. His tone was light, but there was concern in his eyes.

"You've been at this for hours."

Minho sighed, staring ahead, the water bottle now loosely held in his hands.

"I just... I don't know why I can't get it. It's frustrating."

Seungmin was quiet for a moment, watching him. Then, in one smooth motion, he stood and walked to the center of the room.

"Show me."

Minho blinked up at him.

"What?"

"The part you're struggling with. Show me."

Seungmin repeated, his voice gentle yet firm. There was no judgment, just genuine care in his eyes.

With a reluctant groan, Minho got up, standing beside Seungmin.

He took a deep breath and started the sequence, but as he reached the tricky part, his body froze, the movements felt jagged, awkward.

He let out an exasperated sigh.

Seungmin moved closer, placing a hand on Minho's shoulder.

"You're overthinking it. Relax."

He demonstrated the move, his body fluid and precise, the ease of it only making Minho feel more defeated.

"I'm trying to, but -"

"You don't have to be perfect, Minho,"

Seungmin interrupted gently.

"Not right away. Look, let's break it down. We've got time."
