Chapter 5: It's Official!!

Diana:

I couldn't believe what Daniel had just asked me, I mean I really wasn't expecting this. He went all out for me. I did like Daniel a lot, so when he asked me to be his girlfriend, I was so happy but I was also scared because I had been so hurt from my previous relationship, I wasn't sure if I could trust Daniel with my heart, but Daniel seemed like a genuine guy. He really went out his way too show me how much he cares about me... the guy literally got me all my favourite goodies just because I had been sick. I wasn't about to let a good guy like him slip through my fingers, so... I agreed to be his girlfriend!

After the event, we went back to Daniel's place. Since it was so late, Daniel's mom said she wasn't comfortable with me going home with uber, so she suggested that I stay over just for that night... I had to ask my mom because she was my mom after all. My mom said she also felt better with the idea of me staying over at Daniel's but she made me promise that I wouldn't get into any mischief because I was at a guy's house. I promised her that I would never do such things. Daniel's mom leant me a pair of PJ's which by the way were so cute!

The next morning, I was woken up with breakfast in bed. I wasn't really used to being woken up in such a manner, which I was so thankful for. Daniel was the one who made me breakfast. I felt so lucky at that moment. Daniel's mom asked if I would like to stay over for the rest of the weekend because she wanted to get to know me more. Since my mom was out of town, I guess it was okay for me to stay over for the rest of the weekend. I loved how nice Daniel's mom was. On that Saturday she suggested that all 3 of us go out. We went ice skating, but I wont lie, I wasn't very much of a skater. Daniel had to hold me the whole time, which I guess he didn't mind doing. After ice skating, we went to get some food. When the day ended we went back to Daniel's house, his mom said she was tired, so she went to bed early. Me and Daniel just decided to watch another movie. I fell asleep during the movie, then I think Daniel fell asleep too, because we both woke up the next morning with me sleeping on his chest.

In that morning, we got ready for church, I loved church so I didn't mind going with Daniel and his mom to their church. I had so much fun at their church. The day ended and I was ready to go home because I didn't like feeling like a liability to other people, so I called my mom to come pick me up, but she said she couldn't because she was still out of town and was only coming back the next day, but later in the day. Daniel's mom said it was okay to stay 1 more day, but when I told her that tomorrow was a school day, but my mom said that my uniform was on its way because she had it delivered already. I qwas so shocked, but I guess it was okay... So me and Daniel went to school together, and when people saw that I was entering the car with Daniel, they started asking a lot of questions which we didn't want to answer so we just got into the car and ignored everyone.
