Question of the week: have you ever been insecure or depressed so badly you took comfort in self harm?

Uhm, I don't know what to say right now....this is a hard subject for me to discuss...I am insecure and slightly depressed but the self harm isn't bad for me anymore. It used to be but its not anymore...and there was this one time when I felt so ugly and fat and just liked shit that I purged for a month and barely ate....that's all I'm gonna say on the subject
