Aerin laid flat on her bed, motionless and miserable. Her room in a dull light suddenly float around like a boat making her sick in the stomach. Those ceiling lights looks a bit blurry and everything is spinning as she gets a sight of another bottles of beer on a nearby table.

"Oh! Another drink?? I'm 'bout'a get hammered, eh? Hyeon Jiah where you at?" she laughs.

Aerin stood up and her head wobbles but managed to grab the bottle. She took a continuous gulp, completely finishing it in seconds, as she stared on the things that she had wrote on her screen.

She's been gatekeeping the damaging article for days and one tap will surely make a radical change. It's either her or the artist, and figuratively speaking, it is her who will suffer the most, hence, the inhibition.

MY NASTY ENCOUNTER WITH ENHYPEN'S CENTER, THE SELFISH PRICK, LEE HEESEUNG

Those captions spells destruction and much more the things that comes next to it. One tap, just one tap. It's either she make it or break it. But again, she bends her fingers in.

"Aaaah!" Aerin frustratingly shouts.

Aerin cannot count how many times she refreshed her tab, fooling herself that Lee Heeseung would somehow had a change of heart and sends her the needed answers. But it was days already and her inbox greeted her with nothing but deadline notices and spams.

"Don't make me do this, Lee Heeseung. Give me the answers, please. I need it now."

Her emotions is shifting so crazy as she tried to dial Jiah's number. It wasn't long enough that she answered it.

"Aerin? Geez, it's 2am."

"I screwed up, Jiah." she told her straightly.

"W-What?"

"I literally screwed up. That interview, it-- how do you call it? Bad? Ah, no. It was worst. Hah! Never thought it would go off the course!" Aerin spattered words like crazy.

"It was what?! I thought it ended well. You told me, right?"

"It didn't go as planned." she laughs again in a more jolted manner. "Lee Heeseung declined to be interviewed. What a smug."

"What?! B-But how? I don't understand--"

"I didn't start it." Aerin was fast enough to defend herself. "One thing's for sure, he's a total idiot!"

"Choi Aerin! Did you just-- Wait-- Are you drunk?"

Aerin chuckled a little bit more. "Me?? Drunk? No, no. Just trying to doze off." she finally laughs getting a little bit funny but is close to have a breakdown.

"Aerin, listen to me. We can't have a proper conversation right now with your current state. I suggest you go to sleep, let's talk in the morning. I'll help whatever's bothering you, I promise. Just put the phone down and don't do anything nasty. Do you understand?"

Aerin giggled again. "Aye, aye, Captain."

Aerin didn't expect that the last bottle will hit her so good. Suddenly, her disintegration faded and now she was euphoric. That alcohol was so sweet she wanted to have another one.

She got up straight to the fridge with her appendages barely under control. Aerin grabbed again another beer and goes back right to her computer. She stood there, unfazed with what she had written. She wasn't born to be reticent but the cold feet is so domineering, she stared on it as she took the booze down without stopping. Aerin choked, face next to her screen.

"Aahh.. I give up. You won, Lee Heeseung--" Aerin finally backed down.

She failed herself again and Lee Heeseung is defeating her everytime. Aerin deeply sighed as she flung her arms around like dead fish. Having no doubt, she attempted to delete the write up but instead she heard a jangle, it made her jump.
