Chapter 12 - The Start

Baekhyun's POV

"Will you be my boyfriend?"

"Y-yes.."

I felt like I was in heaven when I answered Chanyeol. I always wanted to be his lover.. well, who wouldn't right? He's perfect, that's why I like him in the first place, but when we were getting to know each other, he wasn't that perfect, and strangely, I fell in love with him even more. He's the person I've been dreaming to be with. Well, you might think I'm a bisexual or a gay.. but honestly, gender preference doesn't matter to me. Because love comes in the most unexpected way. And definitely, love has no gender. When you feel like you imagine yourself with that person, no matter your opposite or same sex, then why second guess yourself? Love conquers all, after all. And as the song goes, love moves in mysterious ways.

He smiled as tears fell down from his eyes.

"Omo! Why are you crying?"I panicked.

He giggled while wiping his tears.

"Nothing.. I'm just.. overjoyed.. to the fact that you're mine now." He smiled as his left hand touched my cheek.

"Thank you for trusting me.. I promise you I'll never hurt you and I will treat you like my princess." He added.

I blushed. Did he just say that? i'm not a girl for himto treat me like his princess. But oh well, that's one of the reasons why I fell for him. He's the most caring person..

I stared at his shining hazelnut orbs and he did the same. For a moment, we were lost again. I just continued while he made the move, leaning closer onto me.

Our faces are just inches away from each other, I can feel his hot breath as my heart beats faster and faster.

I closed my eyes, wanting to savour the moment and right there I felt his lips landed onto mine.

He didn't made me feel desire from him, instead I felt sincerity in his kisses.. and I fell in love again even more.

But the magical feeling didn't last long.. as a part of me says that something's missing.

I tried to ignore it but it kept on going in my head and the bad thing is, I can't remember that damn part.

Chanyeol broke the kiss. I opened my eyes and saw him looking handsome as ever while smiling at me.

So that was the feeling of sharing a kiss with the one you love.

"You know the best kind of kiss? It's when you need to stop because you can't help but to smile." He told me sincerely and I smiled back. "I love you.."He added.

"I love you to--"

I didn't have the chance to answer because a handful of sobs caught my attention. I turned around and saw a bush, but there's no one in it.
