*Sorry I forgot I had this book, a Tiktok reminded me I was writing this.*
Hadi pov
After a long day of classes I headed back to my room. Laying down on my bed I listened to Eve rant about what had happened in chem class. And I just read a book while she did. Then the door opened to reveal Tiamara. She flopped down next to me and hugged me.
"Ugh stop you know I don't like hugs." She squeezed me harder and then she rolled off the bed. Then there was a knock on the door and in walked Jane. Oh no, she doesn't think like I'm going to do more spells does she.
"Omg hey Hadi, looking great, you won't believe what mom said." She said as she paced the room. I sat up to read a book I found. "I bet your gonna tell me." I mumbled as I leaned against my headboard. "Mom said, "If a boy can't see the beauty within", then he's not worth it." Can you believe it? What world does she live in?" Jane scoffed and I pointed outside, "Auradon girl."
Evie walked out to grab something, and Jane kept ranting. Then seconds later Evie returned with Mal trailing behind her. "H, do you like?" She showed her pretty design, and I smiled at her, "OOoo, yeah. It's pretty. It brings out your eyes." She smiled and spun around. "I know." I rolled my eyes at my friend. "I'll never get a boyfriend." Then Mal spoke up, "Boyfriends are overrated." Evie and I both looked at her and she said, "And how would you know, Mal? You've never had one." T then popped in and said, "Ooop clock it." We all laughed, and Mal just rolled her eyes at us.
Then Evie dropped what she was doing and said, "I forgot to do Chad's homework! Oh, no! Oh, no, no, no." She then sprinted out the room. "And that is exactly what I mean." Then there was a knock on the door. "Hey, guys! I'm Lonnie. My mom's Mulan? No? Anyways, I love what you've done with Jane's hair. And I know you hate us, and, well, you're evil. But do you think you could do mine?" T then looked around. "Oop child its getting too crowded I'm out."
"Are you talking to me?" I asked looking up from my book. "Uh, yeah." I sighed. "Her hair was on fire I was just trying to be nice." Lonnie stepped closer. "Well I'll pay you 50 dollars." Evie came back in. "Overheard, I'll do it. I need to buy more material. Let's see, I'm thinking, we lose the bangs, maybe some layers and some highlights." Lonnie stepped away from Evie, "Yeah, yeah. I want it cool. Like Hadi's."
"Yeah she does have great hair." I rolled my eyes. "Yeah no sorry-" Then Mal interrupted, "Ugh I'll do so you'll leave beware, forswear, replace the old with cool hair." And it was ok, but after a second try Lonnie left satisfied.
I thought I finally had peace , but then the boys strolled in. "Yo-ho-ho!" Jay was flexing the jersey he had on. Jay layed on my lap and looked to Mal. "Did your plan work with Jane? Are you going over to see the wand?" I scoffed. "No it didn't work she set the girls hair on fair." I rolled my eyes and Carlos snapped his head to her. "You set her hair on fire!" Mal just shrugged, "I'm literally going through every single spell in this book. I completely struck out."
