Henry pov
Currently I'm sitting with Aubrey, Ben, and Rachel. I looked at Aubrey as she spoke, and I was immediately distracted as Hadi walked to her looker with her cheer uniform on. "Ugh, look at her in that uniform, she shouldn't even be one." Audrey scoffed and rolled her eyes and Rachel added. "Yeah, I know right, and did you see what her and Mal did to the girl's hair?!"
"Yeah, I know Fairy Godmother's not happy about it." Then Ben said, "What's the harm?" And I added, "Yeah it doesn't seem like its hurting anyone." Her and Rachel looked appealed, "It's gateway magic! Sure, it starts with the hair. Next thing you know it's the lips and the legs-" Audrey started and Rachel continued, "Yeah, and then the clothes and then everybody looks good and then... where will we be?"
I rolled my eyes and huffed, "Listen, Audrey..." I started but Audrey interrupted me, "I will see you at the game after mine and Rachel's dress-fitting for the coronation, okay?" Her and Rachel stood up, "Okay bye." Ben and I said at the same time. "Bye, Henrykins." Kissing my cheek they walked away.
Looking over I saw Hadi fixing her hair in her locker, I got up said bye to the guys, and headed over. "Hey, Henrykins!" I laughed awkwardly at her joke and rubbed the back of my neck. "Hey Hadi."
Hadi POV
I groaned internally, I really didn't want to do this."I-i just made a batch of cookies. Double chocolate chip, do you want one?" Before he could Ben snatched one and ran laughing, and Mal ran after him. "Oh, uh sorry I, uh, I've got a big game. I don't eat before a big game. But thank you so, so much. Thank you. Next time. Next time." He started to walk away and I smiled and relief and said, "Yeah. I completely understand. 'Be careful of treats offered by kids of villains.' You are all good. " What I didn't expect was for him to turn around I should've kept my big mouth close.
"No, no, no." My eyes blew up. "No, I'm sure every kid in Auradon knows that. Its ok really." Henry started to freak, "No, that's not it. No, no, no, I... I really do..." I started to back away."No, I get it. You're cautious. I'm just gonna put this-" The cookie was then snatched out of my hand and into the mouth of the prince. "No, no. Hey... see that? Totally trust you. Totally." I groaned at him for being so stupid.
I started to get nervous, I hope it didn't work. "H-how are they?" Henry's eyes lit up, "They're good. They're great! They're amazing! They're, uh... I mean, they're chewy and, and you know, they... is that walnuts? I love walnuts. I mean, uh, you know, the... The chocolate... The... the chocolate... The chocolate chips are... I'm sorry. Um... Uh, they're... They're warm and soft. And they're sweet... Had, have you always had those little Golden Flecks in your eyes?" He started to lean closer and I got nervous. I started to stair at his baby blues til Jay came up behind him. "How you feeling, bro?" Henry smiled, "I feel... I feel... I feel like... Like singing your name. Hadi, Hadiiiiii."
My eyes blew up and I quickly covered his mouth with my hand. "Hush, hush, shush." Jay pulled him away as he hummed. Evie and Mal laughed behind me. "Did it work on Ben?" Mal just smirked in response. "I can tell it defiantly worked on Henry." Evie giggled and I just groaned. "Whatever lets go to the game to see the boys.
The girls and I made our way to the field and sat down further up, and sat down watching the game. As the crowd cheered the Announcer spoke: This is a nail-biter, folks. There's 47 seconds left on the clock. We're all tied up. The Sherwood falcons, two. The fighting knights, two. What a game between Auradon's fiercest rivals.
