Years later;

Soobin had grown into the coldest yet most caring older brother, now 18, more reserved than ever. His sharp features and quiet demeanor often made him appear unapproachable, but his love for his younger siblings ran deep, though he showed it in subtle ways. Jihoon and Jiwook, six years younger at 12, had started to mirror some of his traits.

Jihoon, tall and smart, was cold and collected like Soobin but had a natural confidence that made him stand out. He knew when to speak up, always decisive and assertive, almost like a mini version of their dad, Jungkook. Jiwook, on the other hand, was quieter and more shy, but incredibly pretty, with a delicate grace that made people notice him instantly. He preferred to stay in the background, much like their papa, Jin.

Seomin, two years younger than Jihoon and Jiwook, was now a beautiful girl, had grown into a strong-willed and confident girl. Though she had the height and elegance of her parents, she was far from the typical girly type. She loved her pants and t-shirts, often adopting a boyish style, exuding sass and fearlessness, much like her papa Jin. Her sharp wit and bold nature kept her siblings on their toes, and despite her cold exterior, she was fiercely protective of her family.

While Jihoon, Jiwook, and Seomin reflected Soobin and Jungkook's reserved, quiet nature, there were two siblings who were the complete opposite—Jeon Haru and Jeon Jihyoo, the real troublemakers of the family. Now in kindergarten, these two had inherited Jin's striking good looks and his playful nature, but they were loud, mischievous, and constantly causing chaos in the Jeon mansion.

Haru, the boy, was always up to some new prank, his loud voice echoing through the house as he led his sister, Jihyoo, into one misadventure after another. Jihyoo was equally lively, never backing down from a challenge and always ready to stir up trouble. They were a stark contrast to their older siblings, who often tried to reign them in, though it rarely worked.

Soobin, watching over his younger siblings with a silent but attentive gaze, often found himself playing mediator between the loud duo and the more reserved trio. He didn’t mind, though—deep down, he found a certain joy in seeing them all together, even if Haru and Jihyoo’s antics drove him crazy at times.

Despite his coldness, Soobin was always the one making sure everyone was safe and looked after. Even if he didn’t say much, his actions spoke volumes, and his siblings knew they could always count on their stoic big brother.

It was a warm, sunny afternoon, and Soobin had taken his younger siblings, Haru and Jihyoo, to the park. He sat on a bench, watching over the two troublemakers with his usual calm expression, though his patience was being tested.

“Oppa, look! I’m gonna go even higher!” Haru shouted from the swing, his small legs pumping as he tried to swing as high as possible. Jihyoo, not wanting to be outdone, was already on the other swing, pushing herself up in the air.

Soobin sighed, keeping his eyes on them as they screamed and laughed. He could already sense the disaster waiting to happen. His phone buzzed in his pocket, but he ignored it, too focused on making sure the two didn’t end up flying off the swings or crashing into each other.

"Be careful, you two," Soobin called out, his voice deep and calm, though they barely paid attention to him.

“Oppa! Watch me!” Haru yelled, launching himself off the swing mid-air and landing clumsily on the grass, laughing loudly. Jihyoo quickly followed, jumping off her swing but landing a bit more gracefully. The two giggled like it was the best idea ever.

Soobin’s brows furrowed slightly. “You two are going to hurt yourselves one day,” he muttered, walking over to where they had collapsed on the grass, laughing uncontrollably.
