— JHOANNA'S POV —

I woke up to Stacey's breathing. She was still sleeping, still tired from last night. Her lips, her hair, her face. She was too pretty.

I kissed her on the forehead as I whispered something with tears streaming down my eyes.

Jhoanna : I can't be your love, cause I'm afraid I'll ruin your life. I love you, Sevilleja. I need to let you go. I sobbed.

I quickly wiped my tears away as I prepared to wake her up.

— FLASHBACK —

When I was drunk at a bar, someone approached me to talk to me while I was waiting for Stacey to arrive. I did not know their identity because I was drunk. But I completely memorized what they said.

Unknown : Narinig ko na nahuhulog ka na kay Stacey. May reputasyon ang dalaga, wag mong sirain dahil sa nararamdaman mo. Isang milyon, layuan mo si Stacey. Kapag hindi mo linayuan, mapapahamak pati si Stacey. The person said mysteriously.

I couldn't say anything else because I then dozed off. It left me wondering the next day, who is this person? Could this be anonymous?

Jhoanna : Stacey, gising. I said coldly.

Stacey : Good Morning! She smiled.

Gosh, I feel bad for this girl. Why does everybody have to abandon her? I'm afraid, I have to abandon you too.

Jhoanna : Handa mo na gamit mo at maligo. Diretso training ka na, utos ng tatay mo. I said while exiting her room.

Stacey : Jhoanna, bakit ang cold mo? Diba okay na? She said curiously as she held my hand.

Jhoanna : Ano ba? Ano bang pake mo? Ligo na, malalate ka pa. I said in a forced angry tone.

Stacey : W-What..? S-Sige. She said in a sad tone as she let go of my hand.

Forgive me, Stacey. It's for your own good.

— STACEY'S POV —

Why was she like that? May nagawa ba ako? Thoughts showered my head as I showered.

When I finished showering, I did my makeup and wore my usual outfit and exited my room. Jhoanna didn't wait for me. Hindi niya na'ko hinahatid pa puntang kotse? Weird..

We met in my car, she just stared at me coldly. She wore her usual outfit. Black pants, a blaze, a white t-shirt, her tie.

Stacey : Jhoanna, may nagawa ba ako? Bakit ka galit? I said while entering the passenger seat.

Jhoanna : What do you mean mad? Hindi ako galit. She said coldly while entering the drivers seat.

Stacey : Edi bakit parang, nag-iba bigla ugali mo? I asked curiously as she starts my car.

Jhoanna : Nagbago? You're not my girlfriend, why would I treat you any differently from the people surrounding me? You're delusional. She said as she started driving.
