A day off

Suns POV

I woke up familiarly comfortable, I turned my body to feel a hand on my side. I opened my eyes to see Eclipse peacefully sleeping by me, I couldn't help but smile. He had been here with me and I just can't give him enough credit, same with the bloodmoon twins.

I heard footsteps coming down the stairs and just then I realized I was in Moon's house, I turned to see Solar come down holding some clothing. I stayed quiet while he made coffee and went on his phone, just a few seconds later I hear moon come down and interact with Solar.

Moon "Is Sun awake?" I heard moon mumble quietly to Solar, he shook his head and then

I peek over the couch more to see them... holding each other? Wuh- um ok that's weird... they kissed- they WHAT- oh boy.

They both turned and headed to the spare bedroom, I slunked down just as Moon turned his head to look at me. I was pretending to still be asleep, what are they even doing...

After a min of silence and them leaving the room I heard the shower turn on- oh yea they are definitely dating.

I looked at the bandages on my arm

"Ugh, why do I always do this..." I mumbled groggily, and looked over to Eclipse who was still shut off and sleeping.

I had a deep feeling bubbling up, oh boy. The thoughts of blood, guts, and cracking bones shoved into me. I want it- no- i need it~

Eclipses POV

I opened my eyes to see Sun sat up with a slightly insane look, he was definitely spaced out in his thoughts.

"S-sun?" I said tired like, he just stared at me with the look still in his eyes. I shifted so I wasn't leaning against the couch. Sun clenched his fists and turned away, I didn't know what was going on. I got up and sat on the end of the couch.

"Im... going for a walk." Sun said randomly, getting up and walking over towards the front door. I quickly stood up planning on following him.

"I want to be alone, Eclipse" Sun sounded almost pissed, I sighed and took a step back.

"Fine." I mumbled. Despite his negative warning I decided to follow him, Quietly.

He was walking fast, and seemed as if he had to be somewhere. We seemed to have walked all the way to a homeless shelter, or camp. The camp had a lot of small tents and campers dotted everywhere. I stood behind a nearby tree from where Sun was hiding behind a tent. He pulled out a small pocket knife. The realization hit me when I saw the look of blood lust in his eyes, he stepped out from behind the tent and started to walk toward a small group of people around a fire. I had to do something.

Before I even got to the tent Sun was hiding behind he had already tackled one of the men, I watched in horror as he started to rip at the man's limbs. The screams started to fill the air, and the other men tried to run away. Sun was too fast and grabbed both of their ankles, breaking them.

Sun's POV

I couldn't help but laugh at their attempt to run away. I stomped on one of the man's legs and kicked the other man's head. Their screams filled my head, driving me insane for more. I grabbed the man that I had originally stabbed and started to tear at more of his limbs, forcing the others to watch in horror.

After the first man stopped breathing, I grabbed another and forced the knife deep into his gut. Feeling the warm blood gush around my hand as I forced it to go through his stomach, the knife dropping through his back. He coughed blood and started to scream louder as I pulled my hand out to pick up the knife. I grabbed his left and and started to do an indian burn, and then slowly gripped harder and harder until I heard a lovely crack. I went to his right arm, taking the small knife and stabbing it deep into his arm. The man was crying and squirming, screaming for help.

"Silly old man~ There's NO escape." I said smiling, I quickly pulled the knife down his arm causing blood to squirt onto my face. I licked it off, the taste of iron driving me crazy. I quickly went to his legs and started to twist them like a rope, the crackling of his bones and screaming started to die down as he lost consciousness. I sighed standing up, stomping on his head to make sure he stays asleep. I picked up the other ripped up body and placed it in the fire, the last man was still crawling away. I laughed at his puny attempt.

"There. Is. no. ESCAPE!" Just then I heard someone from behind me, I grabbed the man and looked over my shoulder.

"Sun stop!" What the hell are you doing!?" It was Eclipse, he had fear spread across his face. I just smiled and tilted my head.

"Doing what my body desires~" I said quickly throwing the man onto the ground in a way so he would break his arm, I stepped forward not breaking eye contact with Eclipse.

Eclipses POV

I watched as he started to pull the man's arm off, I sprung forward and grabbed Sun. Pulling him away, he tried to punch me but I dodged and threw him to the side. He landed in the bloody puddle with a sickening slosh sound.

"Sun we need to leave." He rolled his eyes and got up, going over to the man one last time and crushing his head. His last scream louder than any other, Sun scanned the area. Probably for any witness, and started to follow behind me.

"What the heck is wrong with you... why did you do it?" I said, trying to get an answer. Instead I got a scoff and a laugh.

"Because, it's what keeps me sane. If it weren't for that one woman to come to the door... I would still be at that shit daycare and be bossed around by Moon." His words made me shiver, a new fear was starting to bubble.

"Sun you can't just go and kill people... that makes you just like- like bloodmoon!" I yelled, trying to hold back my emotions as much as possible.

"Tch- and what's so wrong with Bloodmoon?! HUH?! You think you're so high and mighty just for not killing a couple lonely, puny HUMANS." His words hurt but he wasn't wrong.

"Yes Sun, I do think I'm a bit better for not letting out my emotions on innocent people. I might have before I was brought back but I'm not like that anymore." I said, trying not to let that comment dig too deep. Sun sighed.

"Ok... I'm sorry, I didn't mean to blow up like that." Sun said rubbing his forehead,I was surprised to hear him apologize. ugh he's nothing like bloodmoon or bloody.

"It's fine just... I'm just concerned about you ok?" I said, trying not to make him angry since I know he got offended easily by comments like that.

"Yea yea, lets just go home." Sun walked past me and started home, I followed behind.
