A doctor enters the room.

*Bakugou's eyes flickered towards the doctor as they entered the room. He immediately straightened up in his seat, his demeanor becoming more serious. He remained silent, waiting for the doctor to speak.*

*As the doctor began to speak, he paid close attention to their words, his gaze flickering briefly to you before returning to the doctor. He was hopeful that there might be some news about your condition, despite the doctor's serious expression.*

"_______ ___ ___ ___ _______ ___ ___ ____" The doctor said.

*He could see the worry written all over your face as the doctor spoke, and he wanted to do something to ease your concerns.*

*Bakugou took a moment to process what the doctor had said. It was a lot of information to take in, and he could tell that you were overwhelmed as well. He cast a glance at you, his eyes narrowing slightly as he observed your reaction.*

"You have to be lying.." you try to reason with the doctor.

*Bakugou's grip on your arm tightened slightly as he heard the disbelief in your voice. He could see the shock and denial on your face as you tried to reason with the doctor, and his heart twisted in his chest at the sight.*

*He wanted to speak up, to say something, anything that could ease your worries. But he was at a loss for words, his mind racing as he tried to process the information the doctor had just given you.*

*The room was silent, save for the sound of the machines beeping in the background. Bakugou's eyes remained on you, studying your reaction closely as the weight of the doctor's words hung in the air. He wanted nothing more than to take away your fear and uncertainty, but he felt helpless in this moment.*

"What the hell am I going to do?" Your thoughts were racing.

*Bakugou's chest tightened as he heard the panic in your voice. He could see the fear and worry etched on your face, and it tugged at his heartstrings.*

*The weight of the doctor's words hung heavily in the room, casting a shadow of uncertainty over both of you.*

"You guys don't have a discount for students or anything? That's a lot of money you know."

*Bakugou's eyes narrowed as he heard your question. He knew damn well you didn't have that kind of money. None of the students at UA did.*

*He clenched his jaw, his anger starting to simmer as he considered the unfairness of the situation. It wasn't fair that you had been injured in the first place, and now on top of that, you were being faced with such a large financial burden.*

*The doctor shook his head, a look of sympathy in their eyes. They knew that the medical bills would be a financial burden for a student.*

"I'm sorry, but we don't have any discounts or financial assistance available for students. The medical treatment and rehabilitation you'll require will be quite costly."

"What happens if I don't take it?" You question.

*The doctor's expression became more solemn as they considered your question.*

"If you don't receive the necessary treatment and surgery, there's a chance that your mobility may be permanently affected. You could suffer long-term damage to your muscles and nerves, and you may have difficulty walking, running, or using your affected limbs."

"I'm not going to have the surgery."

*Bakugou's eyes widened in disbelief as you spoke. He couldn't believe you would refuse the treatment that you clearly needed.*
