*The ride back to Hogwarts was a bit tense...especially after the attack at the burrow. I looked over at Ron and decided to speak with him.*
Jason: How's things going so far?
Ron: Well...we managed to get everyone out okay. Most of our things were destroyed, but nothing too badly.
*I could see fear in Ron's eyes.*
Jason: I don't blame you if you're scared, Ron. I'd be scared too if I was in your position. You ever need a friend to listen to, I'm by your side at all times.
*Ron gave me a smile.*
Ron: Thanks, mate.
*I patted his shoulder. Soon we came to a stop at Hogwarts. And there was Stryker and his men...with od equipment. We got off the train. I turned to Alexa and Harry. They gave me a nod and followed me to ask Stryker.*
Jason: What's all this for?
Stryker: Part of the procedure. Can't really work without them.
Alexa: You seem confident that this will work, Stryker.
Stryker: I should hope so, Alexa. Because if this doesn't, then I'll live with the curse of a thousand sins upon me. But I give you my word, Jason. It will work.
*I gave him a nod before giving him a cold hard stare. After a while, Harry was off to speak with Dumbledore. It seems like they have a plan going together. Ron spoke with Lavender and said what he needed to say. She was heartbroken but accepted. Glad that was sorted out. Just then, Harry came back.*
Jason: What did he need?
Harry: Just wanted to chat.
*I nodded. When the others weren't listening, I whispered silently.*
Jason: *Whispers.* So, what's up?
Harry: *Whispers.* He wants me to collect Slughorn's real memory. The one we had was a tampered one. I don't know how we're going to do that, but--
???: Mr. Kyler?
*Harry and I look over and see an agent.*
Jason: Yeah?
Zero: I'm Agent Zero. Stryker sent for me. We're ready.
*This got Ron, Hermione, and Alexa's attention. Soon we made our way to the Astronomy Tower. I went into a changing area. They gave me swim boxers. Outside, I could hear the conversation my friends and girlfriend were having.*
(Hermione's POV)
*I still couldn't believe Jason would go through with this. He knew Stryker would be lying, but he's still going through with this.*
Alexa: I still don't want to believe Stryker could be possibly telling the truth.
Ron: You're not the only one. I mean, bloody hell, the amount of trauma and pain Jason and you have gone through is bad enough.
*I was on the edge of my breaking point and faced the group.*
Hermione: Well it's too late to talk him out of it now, so stop talking about it.
*I turned back around and silently sobbed. I felt Harry's hand on my shoulder.*
Harry: Hermione?
Hermione: *Voice breaking.* I'm scared of losing him. He's done so much for us and he's going through with this.
*I turned around and hugged Harry.*
Harry: He'll make it out okay...I promise.
*Soon, Jason came out of the changing area.*
