𝐄𝐏𝐈𝐒𝐎𝐃𝐄 𝟏.

"okay are you still paying my college tuition though ?"

it all started when Kaiyah got back home exhausted from designing dresses and many different projects. She was about to get in the shower when she heard a knock on the door, she checked the time and it was 10 am

"Who the hell is knocking on the door at this hour," she says with a roll of her eyes and her expression mixed with annoyance and exhaustion as she opens the door and she sees Yusuke (her sugar daddy) shifting his weight holding a big bouquet of pink lilies gripping it as if it was going to crumble with a smile on his face but with a slight hint of guilt on his face, kaiyah could read body language and she can tell something is wrong kaiyah was mentally preparing herself for anything.

"Hey baby, why are you here? We don't have a date planned or anything, right?" Kaiyah asked, her voice laced with confusion and the edge of annoyance. She eyed Yusuke, standing there with a big bouquet and that same guilty smile, the one he always wore when he was about to drop some bad news.
Yusuke shifted his weight awkwardly, holding the flowers out as if they'd make everything better. "I just wanted to see your new hair, the one I paid for. It looks nice, by the way," he added, his eyes scanning her black 20-inch layered cut with a side bang as if complimenting her would soften the blow.
Kaiyah's expression tightened. "Cut the shit, Yusuke," she snapped, crossing her arms. "Why are you here?" It was obvious to her that this wasn't just a casual visit to admire her hairstyle.
Yusuke hesitated, his smile fading. "Can I come in?" he asked, his voice suddenly calm but with an underlying seriousness that made Kaiyah's stomach.

Kaiyah steps out of the doorway inviting him in while grabbing the pink lilies he gave me, yusuke steps in and sinks on the couch his usual expression replaced with heavy seriousness waiting for Kaiyah to sit down with him. Kaiyah makes a confused face and  Mentally prepares herself for whatever but praying that it doesn't have anything with him not paying for her school funds. kaiyah hesitates before she sits down on the couch "What is it Yusuke?" Kaiyah says with a worried expression. "Listen kaiyah, I love you and I  care about you very deeply, and trust me it has nothing to do with you, you're gorgeous, you have a fun personality, And you're determined to go for what you want," he says with a genuine expression
Kaiyah's heart was pounding and the growing nervous feeling in her gut was getting stronger because every time he said some bad news he'd always start with a compliment and he used the same tone when he told her that he had a wife and kids. "But I have to cut you off because me and my wife are expecting another child and I realized I can't be doing to my kids or my wife," Yusuke says with weight to them and he couldn't make eye contact with Kaiyah, guilt lining his features.

Kaiyah made a confused expression how the hell is she pregnant she thought, he barely sees his wife or his kids so how is she pregnant? But anyway kaiyah doesn't comment on that because that's none of her business and frankly she didn't care, she was more concerned about him paying for her college tuition. "Okay? But you're still paying for my college tuition though right? because you know I don't have a job and I'm relying on you right now." Yusuke shakes his head in denial. "No, love, my wife wants me to cut off all contact with you including me paying for your nails, hair, tuition, and car insurance"  he says with a serious expression and a slight frown, avoiding her gaze nervous to see her reaction.

Kaiyah's stomach dropped  but at least her parents payed rent for her little apartment. "so what do you want me to do? How am I going to pay off my car insurance and my tuition?" Kaiyah snaps with a panicked expression with tears in her eyes it was clear she was pissed at him but she was also panicked because what was she going to do? She didn't care about his wife or his kids because kaiyah didn't love him she was just using him for him to pay her car insurance and college tuition. Yusuke runs his fingers through his hair in frustration and stress "I don't know baby, You might have to get a job. My friend owns a restaurant down the street you could work there I can put in a good word for you, is that fine?"

She ended up working two jobs one at the restaurant as a waitress and one at her college trying to pay off her tuition and her car insurance, she had to depend on her parents because Kaiyah knew working two jobs wouldn't be enough for her college tuition. She was in the middle of her break from waiting tables thinking she could play her electric bass guitar or she could sing to get money but she shook the thought away nah "I have too much pride" even though she running out of options and she needs something that can cover her car insurance and college tuition

In the middle of her break her phone rings, kaiyah flips open her phone and sees it's an unknown number but her intuition tells her to answer it so she does "Hello? who's this?" I say confused. "hello is this Kaiyah?" a deep voice says at the other end of the line and he sounds just like someone Kaiyah used to know until it clicked and it was Yasu. "Yasu?"
