Bakugo's POV

Evening had settled over UA, and the once-bustling corridors were now quiet, save for the occasional murmurs of students wrapping up their day. I found myself wandering aimlessly, my earlier embarrassment still fresh in my mind. The laughter and teasing from earlier had left a bitter sting, and I felt a gnawing emptiness that I couldn't shake. I knew I shouldn't let it bother me, but it did. It always did.

I had always been one to deal with my problems alone, but today was different. The old, familiar pang of loneliness felt sharper, and I couldn't shake the desire for something I'd never really had: a genuine hug. No one, not even my own mother, had ever given me the comfort of a warm embrace. The only person I trusted enough to ask was Deku.

Sneaking through the hallways, I avoided the lingering groups of students who might still be milling about, their giggles and whispers a reminder of my earlier humiliation. My heart pounded as I approached Deku's dorm, feeling both nervous and resolute. The door was slightly ajar, and I took a deep breath before pushing it open just enough to slip inside.

Deku's POV

I was hunched over my desk, buried in a pile of homework and research. My room was adorned with All Might posters and memorabilia, a testament to my admiration for the Symbol of Peace. As I worked, I heard the faintest sound of the door creaking open.

I looked up to find Bakugo standing there, a little unsure but determined. Given that Bakugo was notably taller than me, his presence seemed to loom even as he tried to make himself as small as possible. I couldn't help but chuckle when I saw the way he tried to hide his embarrassment. "Hey, Kacchan. What's up?"

"Dammit, Deku," Bakugo grumbled, a hint of annoyance in his voice. "You're such a damn nerd with all these posters."

I grinned at him, noticing his usual bravado was somewhat subdued. "Yeah, well, I guess I am. But you didn't come here to tease me, did you?"

Bakugo's face flushed slightly, but he didn't respond. Instead, he simply opened his arms and looked at me with a mix of vulnerability and hesitation. It was a gesture so unlike the fiery Bakugo I was used to that I nearly did a double-take.

"Oh, you want a hug?" I asked, raising an eyebrow in mild surprise.

He nodded, his cheeks turning a deeper shade of red. "Yeah."

Deku's POV

Seeing Bakugo like this—so uncharacteristically vulnerable—was both endearing and perplexing. I knew he was struggling with something, and this small act of asking for a hug was a sign of how much he was willing to let down his guard. I immediately stopped my work and walked over to him.

"Alright then," I said softly, trying to keep my voice soothing. "Come here."

I wrapped my arms around him, pulling him into a gentle embrace. Despite the height difference, with Bakugo being a bit taller than me, it felt natural as he leaned down slightly to rest his head on my shoulder. His arms wrapped around me with a surprising amount of clinginess, as if he was holding onto this rare moment of comfort for dear life.

Bakugo's POV

I felt an odd sense of peace as Deku held me close. His embrace was warm and reassuring, a stark contrast to the cold and loneliness I often felt. I burrowed my face into the crook of his neck, feeling the tension slowly drain away.

"I still don't know about this," I mumbled, my voice muffled. "It's weird for me."

Deku's POV

The way Bakugo nestled closer, the soft hums of contentment he made, and the way he admitted his uncertainty only made me more certain of my feelings. He was adorable in his own way, and it was hard not to feel a pang of affection. I could hardly contain my thoughts as I held him.

"God, he's just too cute," I thought, feeling a rush of tenderness. "I guess now or never."

With a soft smile, I gently placed a kiss on his forehead. His reaction was immediate—a deep blush spreading across his face as he burrowed even closer to me, a happy hum escaping his lips.

"Is... is it okay if I stay the night?" Bakugo asked, his voice barely above a whisper.

"Yeah, of course," I said, feeling a warm sense of contentment. "You can stay as long as you need to."

3rd POV

The night passed in a comforting silence as the two boys cuddled together, each finding solace in the other's presence. The door to Deku's room was left slightly ajar, unnoticed by the two as they drifted off to sleep.

Unbeknownst to them, a student passing by had peeked in and taken a quick photo of the heartwarming scene: Bakugo, usually the embodiment of fiery intensity, now peaceful and content in Deku's arms.

The next day, the photo circulated among the students, quickly becoming the talk of the school. Whispers and amused giggles filled the hallways as everyone marveled at the sight of the fierce Bakugo so tenderly held by Deku.
