3rd POV
The final bell of the day rang, signaling the end of classes. Students packed up their things and headed out, but there was a palpable buzz of anticipation in the air as Aizawa stood at the front of the room. He had asked Bakugo to stay behind for a special demonstration of progress.
Bakugo, having put his previous frustrations behind him, approached the front with a determined stride. He had spent weeks preparing for this moment, honing not only his skills but his ability to present himself with the grace and charm required for the pageant.
Bakugo's POV
Standing before the class, Bakugo took a deep breath. He had practiced his introduction countless times, trying to blend his natural confidence with the finesse expected of a pageant contestant. As he began, his voice was clear and smooth, each word delivered with a new sense of poise.
To add a touch of flair, he used his Quirk to create a series of small, controlled explosions that surrounded him like twinkling lights. They were subtle but effective, giving the impression of sparkling effects without overwhelming the room. He finished with a warm, genuine smile—something he rarely showed but felt natural in this moment.
The classroom fell silent, then erupted into a mix of gasps and applause. It was clear that Bakugo had left an impression. The change in his demeanor and the charming performance had caught everyone off guard.
Mineta's Comment
As the applause died down, Mineta couldn't resist making a derogatory comment. "Wow, Bakugo actually looks pretty... gay up there," he said with a smirk, clearly aiming to undermine Bakugo's moment.
The classroom fell into an uneasy quiet, the mood shifting. Jiro, who had been impressed by Bakugo's performance, turned to face Mineta with a look of disgust. "What's that supposed to mean? And it's really not okay to be so disrespectful."
Momo, standing beside Jiro, added firmly, "Love is love the two held hands,(jiro is such a bi qeeenn)
Bakugo's Outburst
Bakugo's face reddened with frustration. He took a step towards Mineta, his Quirk flaring up in response to his emotions. With a barely contained fury, he snapped, "What's it to you if I'm getting better huh you DUM SHIT
Mineta looked visibly uncomfortable as he stuttered, "I-I didn't mean anything bad. I was just—"
Bakugo cut him off, his voice low but intense. "Keep your FUCKING ignorant comments to yourself. maybe you should just stay quiet."
The room was silent, absorbing the gravity of Bakugo's words. Even Aizawa, typically unflappable, seemed momentarily taken aback still telling bakugo to sit down. The tension was palpable, with many students looking on in stunned silence.
The Class's Reaction
Despite the heated exchange, the mood eventually lightened as the students processed what had happened. Some chuckled nervously, while others looked on with a mixture of surprise and admiration. It was clear that Bakugo's fierce defense of his friends and his own dignity had struck a chord with many.
Girls' Sleepover Invitation
As the class began to disperse, Mina approached Bakugo with a friendly smile. "Hey, Bakugo, we're having a sleepover tonight for a little makeover session. We'd love for you to join us!"
Bakugo raised an eyebrow, a bit wary but also curious. "A makeover session? What exactly are you planning?"
"We're going to help you look even more amazing for the pageant," Mina explained, her excitement evident. "It'll be fun, and we can all hang out together."
Bakugo thought for a moment before nodding. "Alright, I'll stop by. But don't expect me to turn into a completely different person."
Mina grinned, clearly pleased with his response. "Great! We'll see you tonight."
