_______________Zara & Zyaan's families were gathered in Zara's drawing room, the air thick with tension.
Zara stood up abruptly, her voice firm, "Main inse shaadi nahi kar sakti, kisi keemat par nahi."
Her dadi looked puzzled. "Lekin kyun, beta? Zyaan accha ladka hai."
Zara sighed, exasperated. "Arey honge wo bahut acche, lekin main unse shaadi nahi kar sakti."
Zyaan's dada leaned forward, his tone gentle but concerned. "Lekin kyun, beta? Tumhe koi aur pasand hai toh batao."
Zara shook her head. "Arey, aisa kuch nahi hai. Main bas nahi kar sakti inse shaadi."
Zyaan's mother, Sheetal, frowned, trying to make sense of Zara's words. "Kyun beta? Tumhe Zyaan pasand nahi hai?"
Zara quickly replied, "Nahi aunty, aisa kuch nahi hai."
Her father joined in, his voice calm but firm. "Toh kya problem hai? Batao, hum mil ke solution nikal lenge."
Zyaan's father, Gopal, nodded in agreement. "Haan beta, bolo."
Zara hesitated for a moment, then blurted out, "Main inse shaadi nahi kar sakti kyunki..."
Everyone leaned in, holding their breath. "Kyunki??" they asked in unison.
Zara looked at them seriously, then dropped the bombshell. "Kyunki ye CSK fan hai aur main kisi CSK fan se shaadi nahi kar sakti."
The room fell into stunned silence as Zara stood up dramatically and stormed out, leaving behind a bewildered group.
Gopal blinked, turning to Zyaan. "Bas itni si baat? Humein toh laga koi badi baat hai."
_________________________Vivaan, always the one for theatrics, suddenly raised his voice, loud enough for the entire room to hear.
"Listen up, everyone!" he called out, clapping his hands to get their attention. "Mujhe ek *important announcement* karna hai!"
Kiana's eyes widened, dread creeping in. *Yeh ab kya karne wala hai?* she thought, but before she could stop him, Vivaan continued.
"I'd like to officially declare," he paused dramatically, shooting Kiana a playful glance, "Kiana... as my *girlfriend!*"
The room fell silent. You could practically hear a pin drop.
Zara, in the middle of taking a sip of water, choked in pure shock. Her eyes bulged as she tried to process Vivaan's words, and in that moment, she completely lost control-water spurted out of her mouth like a fountain and landed right in Zyaan's face, soaking him instantly.
Zyaan blinked, wiping the water from his face as he looked at Zara, utterly bewildered. "Zara... tum yeh... kya?" he stammered, completely at a loss for words.
Zara, mortified, clutched her chest. "Oh God! Sorry, Sir" She frantically grabbed napkins, trying to dab his face, while Zyaan sat there, half-soaked and half-amused.
Meanwhile, Kiana stood frozen, her mouth opening and closing like a fish out of water. "Vivaan, tumhe koi problem hai?!" she hissed, her voice barely above a whisper as everyone's eyes turned to them.
Kiana shot Vivaan death glare, but there was no escaping the grin that tugged at the corners of her lips. "impossible hai," she muttered under her breath.
Vivaan leaned in, whispering just loud enough for her to hear, "And yet, here we are. You and me... *officially*."
Kiana groaned. This boyfriend thing was spiraling way out of control.
