Mansion

"Where are my bags??" Roohi asked Anvay as she suddenly remembered them wearing her socks as she was going to get discharged today.

"In bhai's car , but where were you going with that much luggage"

"Because your pyaari baatein urf my roommate told me about everything but forgot to tell me that our house owner had found a better tenant who pays more"

"Please elaborate"

"Yesterday when I reached my pg I saw my stuff already packed as i hadn't paid my 2 months rent and a girl was already staying at my place there."

"So what are you gonna do now"

"I am dead tired of these pgs and their problems I want to just rent a flat for the rest of my college.
Let me just ask HD if I can"

With that Roohi dropped her shoelace which she was tying and called Harsh.

Anvay who was by now leaning on wall side ways folding his arms to his chest came to Roohi and bent on his knees to tie her shoelace while Roohi was on the call.
Roohi looked at Anvay surprised by his action and stared him tying her laces while still talking on call.

Abhay entered the room just the moment Anvay was done tying Roohi's laces and stood up .

Abhay asked Anvay with whom Roohi was talking to and Anvay told him everything and chuckled at the end saying
"A whole damn flat because she was uncomfortable in pg"

"She can even rent a whole villa if she wants to , she's a Birla" Abhay told Anvay keeping a water bottle on a table while Anvay looked at him a bit confused and shocked.

Here Roohi cut the call in deep thoughts,
She had clearly clarified the thing to Birlas that she won't be taking any money from Birlas .
Arohi considered real estates as best investing options so as per that she owned many properties in Mumbai which were now of Roohi's and just few months back on of them got sold for good price.
Roohi wanted to invest that money in any other property but Harsh was against it and told Roohi to play safe until she gets a good knowledge about it .

"What happened?" Anvay asked waving his hand infront of her eyes to wake her up from her thoughts.

"Nothing, he agreed" Roohi replied and turning  towards Abhay she asked him if he could drop her near a property dealer.

"No, you have a lot of stuff with you , we'll be there with you till you find a perfect rented flat for yourself."
Abhay said " but don't be eager and get one that is actually comfortable to you"

They all were at a property dealer where Roohi was telling her necessity to the person , Abhay was on a phone call outside cabin and Anvay was looking around at the walls spinning on the chair sitting beside Roohi.

"Do you even deal with mansions and villas?" Anvay asked once he felt they were done with their conversation.

"Yes sir, we do and actually that is what our main business is about"

Roohi just looked at the broker and Anvay talking where Anvay was telling him that they wanted to buy a mansion.

Just when Abhay got free from the call and came inside.

"Bhai, he's telling me he has a mansion in mind ,and is on the way where we are going for RMS's flat"

"Are you sure you have just reached here today"

"At least we can see one to get an idea what would we like our mansion to be like"

"Ah! okay as you say"

This was still going over Roohi's head and was just watching them sitting there in confusion.

After some time Abhay was driving the car following the property dealer who was guiding them on the way to the property they were going to visit.

While Anvay was telling Roohi that how after living abroad for more than twenty years their family wants to shift in India now and that's why Abhay came here four years back to set their buisness in India and he came to help Abhay and build a Mansion where whole family can live .

"I hope you have no problem, i mean"

Anvay interrupt Abhay telling him that Roohi is Archeology student and would enjoy seeing such old properties.

Roohi stepped out of the car and saw a beautiful mansion in front .
It was almost as big as Goenkas and Birla mansion but a bit older and with a more rajasthani touch in it.

The more it seemed well maintained at the same time it was also very obvious that nobody lived there for maybe a decade .

Roohi felt something familiar from the place but ignoring this fact she moved inside following Abhay , Anvay and that broker .
She passed by the nameplate saying Singhania's and went inside .

After doing a house tour they all came outside with delightful expressions as their prior judgment was correct and the mansion was actually very beautiful.
While Anvay and Abhay were talking to the broker , Roohi looked around and saw the watchman talking to someone on call with a horrified expression looking at them only as if he was telling the person about them on call.

Roohi felt weird and walked to the watchman but as she walked Abhay and Anvay were also done with their conversation and started going out while that broker was locking the gate of the mansion.

Seeing them coming out the watchman disconnected the call and changed his expression to a smile.
