Me and Sapphire were sitting at the table, Rainbow and Light were sleeping. We'd been talking about the two, where we had found them, and why they were there.

"I just.. don't understand. How could literal children just.. wake up somewhere? Let alone in a cave!" I said, putting my hand on my forehead.

Sapphire sighed, and looked at me. "Listen, they don't know, meaning we don't either. I doubt we'll be getting any answers anytime soon, and since they're under our care now, I don't think it matters." He said.

"I know, it just- doesn't sit right with me." Sapphire placed his hand on my shoulder. "Hun, I'm sure it'll be fine. Maybe one day we'll know, but for now, it's best to not dwell on it." He said, giving a smile. I smiled as well, and looked out the window.

"About to be evening, should probably get them up." I said, getting up. Sapphire nodded, and we walked towards the guest room.

I slowly opened my eyes, hearing the door open. I lifted my head from the pillow, seeing Rainbow was up as well.

Sapphire and Olive walked in, having smiles on their faces. "Good morning! Or- evening. Gonna need to get you both a sleep schedule." Olive says.

"Are there like.. specific times you're supposed to sleep?" Rainbow asked.

"I mean yeah, supposed to be awake in the day, sleep at night. That's how it works, normally." Sapphire responds.

"I'm gonna go ahead and make some food for you both, since I don't think you've had any." Olive says, walking out.

"There's some books on mobs and stuff, I'd suggest reading to pass the time." Sapphire says, following Olive.

Me and Rainbow got up, and went to check the bookshelf, which was placed beside the door. I picked out a book about mobs, and Rainbow seemed to get bored after looking at about 3 books.

"This stuffs boring, I'm gonna sit at the table." He said, yawning, and walking out. I opened the mob book, and began to read about 'Skeletons'.

I had read for about 6-7 minutes, before Olive called my name. I left the book on my pillow, rushing out the door.

Sapphire, Olive, and Rainbow were sat at the table, each having a plate of steak. I sat in the empty chair, and grabbed my steak.

"Y'know, I was thinking of training both of you in combat, seeing as mobs are a normal occurrence at night." Sapphire says, taking a bite of his food.

"I read about skeletons, it said you'd need a shield if you encounter one, at least if you wanna kill it." I said, to which Rainbow seemed excited.

"So we can kill things like the zombie thing? When do we start!" He shouts, dropping his steak on his plate. Sapphire chuckled, and looked at him.

"I'll set up an area outside for it later." He said, finishing his steak. Seemed to get Rainbow pretty excited, since he finished his steak only seconds after.

Not too long after, me and Olive had finished. "I'm gonna go read more." I said, getting up from the chair. "Can I go outside? I'm bored." Rainbow says, getting up from his chair as well.

Sapphire nodded. "Yeah, I'm gonna go with you though, just to make sure you're safe." He said, as Rainbow rushed out the front door, and he followed.

3 Hours Later

I had read a lot about mobs, what they were, where they came from, what they do, and how to counter them.

Rainbow and Sapphire had been outside, Rainbow was being trained on how to fight using weapons, since we don't really know if we have abilities like normal Steves do.
