No Lighting Bolt Strikes The Same. (ADHD and Autistic Denki)

A Lighting Bolt Sparks

Class 1A felt wrong. The teachers of UA felt wrong. Aizawa and Hizashi felt wrong.

A week had passed. Nothing. The wounds Denki had and the poison was just a lot for his body.

Currently 1A, Aizawa and Hizashi were at the USJ and going to do some simple quirk training when Aizawa got a call..... from the hospital.

Class 1A and Hizashi stood eagerly next to him listening.

Hospital: "Hello is this Shota Aizawa?"

Aizawa: "Yes this is Shota Aizawa speaking."

Hospital: "We have some news on Denki Kaminari. Is now a good time?"

Everyone immediately got nervous.

Aizawa: "Yes, now is fine."

Hospital: "Denki Kaminari has regained consciousness and woken up. He is allowed visitors but only two."

Aizawa: "Thank you...I'll be over shortly."

He hang up and the class immediately broke into exicted chatter.

Aizawa: "All right! All right! Everyone! Class is dismissed. Me and Mic will go visit Denki. We will update you tomorrow... and we'll tell you visiting hours so you can see him."

Class 1A: "Thank you Sensei!"

Aizawa smiled as they headed back to the school.

Hizashi: "You ready to go see him?"

They'd pulled up outside the hospital and the couple were standing in front of Denki's door...

Aizawa: "I think so...You ready?"

Hizashi: "...Yeah..."

They took a deep breath before walking inside.

Denki: "Senseis?" His voice was raspy from the poison and week of being unconscious.

They both sat down next to the bed.

Hizashi: "How are feeling Kaminari?"

Denki: ".....Shit...."

Aizawa and Mic chuckled slightly.

Aizawa: "I feel like I should scold you for swearing..."

Denki: "But Sensei! I'm in hospital and injured!" Kaminari whined.

Aizawa: "Excuses!" He teased.

Hizashi: "I think he should get a week of all of his worried classmates coming in and scolding him and then telling him how much they miss him..."

Aizawa: "Yeah that sounds like a good idea."

Denki: "T-They've missed me?"

Hizashi: "More than anything."

Aizawa: "You will not believe his much they kept asking me about where you were, were you okay, could they see you, were you awake, what happened to you, can they kill whoever did this to you..."

Denki: "Really?"

Hizashi: "Mmhm...these gifts are from them." He gestured to the bag.

Denki tried pushing himself up, but couldn't. He let out an annoyed grumble...

Aizawa: "What's wrong?" He asked as helped Denki sit up.

Denki: "I-...I'm weak..."

Hizashi: "No you're recovering."

Denki opened his mouth to retort but closed it at the sight of his teachers' glares. Instead he grabbed the bag of gifts and the book underneath...

Denki: " Damn this is heavy."

Aizawa: "They care about you. They spent a whole lesson making them, Momo was exhausted...."

Denki excitedly pulled out the gifts like a kid on Christmas.

There were cards, drawings, a teddy bear.

Denki: "Th-.....Th-...They care..."

Hizashi: "Of course they do."

Denki looked down at the book, a large comic book about Pokémon.

Hizashi: "And.." He handed Denki another book.

A Pokédex. It had every single Pokémon...

Denki: "Thank you..."

Aizawa: "You'll be here for a while, they said you need to recover a lot, so we thought we'd get you some books..."

They sat in a comfortable silence for a bit, as Denki flipped through the books and then the Get Well Soon cards.

Denki: "What happened to the Kangeos'?" He asked quietly.

Aizawa: "Arrested for escaping prison and child abuse and neglect.....Why didn't you say anything Denki?"

Denki: "I don't know" Kaminari mumbled.

He put down the get well soon cards.

Denki: "What will happen to me now? Back into the stupid fucking foster system?"

Both of his teachers raised an eyebrow.

Hizashi: "What do you mean by that, little listener?"

Denki froze.

Denki: "Nothing?"

Aizawa: "Spill."

Denki: "My foster system. They're corrupted. The system I'm in, they work with villains and abusers. If your quirk is villainous, not flashy or non existent, then you get put with this foster system and they give you to villains or abusers."

Hizashi: " But you have a strong, flashy quirk?"

Denki: "But it has a drawback. I get stupid and short circuit."

Aizawa: "I see... We had a feeling, anyway. We read through your student file and were shocked when we noticed your family and how it wasn't brought up."

Denki: "Y-You read my f-file?" He froze eye wide.

Hizashi: "Well we only got to family history, so not all of it...What's wrong?"

Denki: "Nothing! Nothing!"

They both stared at him eyebrows raised.

Denki: I-...I-...I-"

Nurse: "I'm sorry you'll have to leave now, visiting hours are over and Denki needs his rest."

Kaminari breathed a sigh of relief when the nurse entered.

Reluctantly, the two got up.

Aizawa: "Expect your classmates visiting a lot...we'll come by tomorrow as well."

They both left the room.

Hizashi: "We need to finishing reading his file."

Aizawa: "Mhm...somethings up. Did you see the way he reacted when we mentioned reading his file"

Hizashi: "He looked so worried...that poor little listener."

Together the couple rushed home to read Denki's file, with panic.

However, not all was bad. At least the lighting bolt had sparked and woken up.

Unfortunately, that lighting bolt was going to be bombarded by annoyed, worried and upset classmates.
