After a few days of Denki get back into school and what is was like living with Aizawa and Yamada, the two decided it was time they took Denki to a specialist to help with Denki's autism and ADHD. They wanted Denki not be restricted by his issues so they needed as much help.

Denki had been told not to take his medication, so everything was a lot... it took them a while just to leave the house...

But it wasn't Kaminari's fault...and they weren't gonna blame him.

He was currently sitting in the back bouncing his foot up and down while drumming a pattern on his leg. Denki wore his headphones keeping everything quiet.

They finally pulled up outside a building. Denki didn't play much attention to what it looked like. He just wanted a nice calm place where he could keep everything in order.

Kaminari followed the adults into the building. There was a waiting room. Denki liked it. There were lots of sensory things. He immediately started to run his hand along a wall. It had a nice texture. Soft. Fuzzy. Denki contuines to run his hand through it while the pro heroes talked to a receptionist. Kamainri was lead to a seat where they waited as Denki tried out some new sensory toys in the waiting room.

The pro heroes found it cute, watching Denki pick something up and either use it, chuck it immediately away or use it for a few seconds before throwing it away.

Eventually, after what felt like hours, they were called in to a room. Denki took a seat on a comfy chair and Yamada and Aizawa sat either side of him. Kaminari had to take his headphones off, which wasn't what he wanted. Even though it wasn't loud he had found the feeling of them comfortable.

There was a nice lady sitting in the to her side of a large desk. She had a pair of animal ears and a tail. A wolf maybe? They seemed fluffy. Like the texture in that wall...

"Denki?!"

Huh?!

Someone had been talking to him. Oops...he guess his ADHD had taken his thoughts on a nice train trip away from real life.

The lady on the other side of the table chuckled slightly.
???: "What I was saying before we realised you zoned out is, I'm Dr. Althea Hira. However you may just call me Althea."

Denki: "Al-th-ea.." the name sounded nice on his tongue, he repeated the sound of the name in his head.

Althea: "I will be here to help you with your ADHD, autism and past life. Now Mr. Aizawa and Mr. Yamada could you step outside for a bit. I need to ask Denki some questions and I prefer to do it one on one."

The two hesitated before Denki nodded reassuringly. They got up and walked out the room and shut the door.

Althea: "So Denki. I've heard a bit about your past life and how that's affected your ADHD and autism. None of them accepted it did they?" Her voice was nice Denki decided. It wasn't too smooth and soft. Denki didn't like those voices; he couldn't help but lose focus in them

Denki: "No...it made me feel bad about it..."

Althea: "Mmhm...Did any of them ever try and help? Set up a routine? Get medicine? Get sensory toys?"

Denki: "No...none of them, except Aizawa and Yamada of course! They've been really...nice....it's....odd.."

Althea: "Alright. Well this session we are having is just a starter. A taster. See what we can do. So I can see this isn't a good topic...How about we set something up with the other two to help keep things in control?"

Denki nodded as she called the Aizawa and Yamada into the room, they took their seats.

Althea: "So me and Denki have had a nice chat. We decided that after we discussed some difficult subjects, to see if Denki wants to keep doing these sessions, we will try something to help his ADHD and autism."

Denki nodded in argument to what she said.

Althea: "So for people like Denki, getting them into a routine is hard but lots say it helps them. So seeing as you two are fostering him for the foreseeable future, you should help sort this routine and help him with it, as at first, especially with his ADHD, he'll struggle getting into and following it."

So they set up a routine for Denki. The inky reason Denki found it found was that he was told when they got home he could design a nice, big poster version, that could look however he wanted. When he heard that Denki's concentration on the task went from 1 to 100!

He then had to wait outside a bit while the adults did some boring talk, before they finally headed home. Denki's mind raced with ideas on how to make a cool poster for his routine to go on!

However, he knew that his autistic side finding schedules helpful his ADHD side wanted to do whatever it wanted, whenever it wanted.

What do you think Denki's routine would be like?

If I see any good suggestions I may use them in the story :)
