I wanna see her again today...but I don't wanna appear clingy. Our date wasn't very in depth, and I wanna get to know her on a more personal level. There's something about Ari, that I can't quite pinpoint yet, but she has something no other girl does. And I'll figure out what it is sooner or later. Preferably today, because I'm an impatient person.

I wrapped my towel around my waist as I finished my shower, but heard a knock.

"Oh!" I locked Niall out again! I hurried to the door to be met with two pairs of eyes.

"Oh...my god." Niall bursted out laughing as I ran to my room to get changed.

"That's what you get for locking me out! Ariana, you can just sit over there if you'd like." I rolled my eyes as I pulled on some boxers and sweatpants. I walked back into the living room and peeked around the corner to see her there. Sitting on a loveseat.

"I'm sorry for that, back there." Ari smiled and shook her head.

"I probably should've texted first, my bad. But hey, now I know that you shower and keep clean, right?" She said, joking around. I chuckled and nodded.

"The only good thing that came out of it." I walked over to the couch next to her and plopped down.

"I'm in absolute love with your tattoos." My eyes widened as her eyes traveled to my chest. Well, I have to be open if I wanna know more about her.

"Thanks. Do you have any?" She bit her lip and nodded. She curled her finger so I would come near her. She stood and gestured me to sit in the loveseat, so I did. She soon sat on my lap and I immediately felt shy and embarrassed.

"Lift up my hair for the first one." Her voice came out softly. I gingerly put her long hair over to her right shoulder and smiled.

"Mille tendresse. Breakfast at Tiffany's." She giggled softly and turned her head a bit more. I saw the crescent moon under her left ear and grinned. It reminded me of last night.

"Pretty."

"The next one I got for my grandfather," she shifted around on my lap and lifted up her grey sweater, I caught a glimpse of her bra, but she didn't seem to notice...or maybe she didn't care. It's just a bra Zayn, calm yourself. "Bellissima. Means beautiful in Italian, he called me all the time." She smiled, but sadness reached her eyes.

"I'm sorry." Ari lowered her sweater and shrugged.

"It's okay." Before I could stop myself, I brought her small body closer to mine, her head resting on my chest as her legs hung over the arm of the loveseat. "I also um...have a heart on my toe. But, please, you don't have to do this." She looked up at me with a weak smile and I shook my head.

"I want to, and I will. You've been through some tough stuff, you deserve someone who wants to help you out. Anybody in pain does." I offered a smile and she cuddled closer to me.

"Thanks, Zayn." Moments later I heard the sound of steady breathing coming from her mouth and her eyes were closed.

"Awe, look at you two." I looked up at Niall and my eyes widened.

"Uh-"

"Oh, calm down. You guys really are cute. She's gripping you like your her life jacket in the middle of a huge sea." I did notice that she was hugging me tightly, but I didn't mind. She was warm and comfy.

"Thanks, Ni." I smiled at him and then hugged her impossibly closer to me.

"Here. Get some more sleep." Niall tossed a blanket over us and I chuckled.

"You're something else, mate." Niall grinned and went back to his room.

"So...do you wanna?" I looked at Ari, unsure of her suggestion.

"I'm not the best dancer." She waved her hand and shook her head.

"Nobody's gonna notice. And besides, I know you can probably bust out a move or two for me, won't you?" Ari winked and giggled. I rolled my eyes playfully and shrugged.

"Okay. Only because you're nice about it." She fist bumped the air and started doing this little adorable dance. Then she noticed I was watching and quickly stopped, a blush making its way to her cheeks.

"Sorry...excited." I grabbed her by her hips and spun her around. I carefully set her down. We rested in a comfortable silence as we stared at each other. She leaned up on her tip toes and pressed a kiss to my lips, her arms wrapping around my neck.

I reached around to the back of her thighs and picked her up and set her on the counter. My hands gripped onto her hips and her small hands soon made their way to my hair, pulling slightly.

"Ariana." I whispered against her lips. She smiled as we broke away for air.

"Zayn...I really like you...I hope that doesn't sound too creepy." Some relationships move faster than others, and anyway, we weren't saying all that 'I love you' and 'marry me' stuff. So it didn't even seem creepy. Just, 'I like you'.

"It doesn't. Not at all," I kissed behind her ear and down her neck, not biting or anything, just kisses. "It's perfect for me. Kinda like you." I whispered, and she sighed.

"You are cheesy." I let go of her soft skin and gave her a half grin.

"But you like it, so it's okay. And I can't wait for that club outing you've shoved me into." She rolled her eyes and hit my chest softly.

"I think I should be getting home now. I have a meeting soon." I nodded and lifted her down from the counter.

"I won't keep you." I walked her to the door and she stood in front of me smiling.

"Thanks for letting me hang around for today, Zayn. It was fun." She hugged me and I gladly returned it, inhaling her cinnamon scent softly as it reached my nose.

"Thanks for hanging, I agree, it was fun." I'm glad she had a chill side, it was something a lot of girls don't wanna show in this city.

"See you tomorrow." She waved and then walked down towards the elevator. I closed the door and smiled.

"She's great."
