Albert wasted no time. The first day was all about physical conditioning. He led them to a clearing in the forest where massive logs and boulders were scattered around.
"Strength training," Albert announced. "Lift those logs and boulders. Build your raw power."
Kairo, King, and Ritso each picked a log and began lifting. The logs were heavy, and their muscles strained under the weight.
Albert watched them closely, correcting their form and pushing them to lift more.
"Endurance runs next," Albert said after they had finished lifting. He handed them weighted packs. "Run to the river and back. No stopping."
The run was grueling. The weighted packs made every step a challenge. Sweat poured down their faces, and their legs burned with exertion.
But they pushed through, determined to prove themselves.
The second day was focused on combat drills. Albert set up a sparring area and took turns fighting each of them.
His strength was overwhelming, and he didn't hold back. "Use your weapons," Albert instructed. "Show me what you've got."
Kairo fought with his claws, King with his bow, and Ritso with his daggers.
Albert countered their attacks with ease, but he also taught them new techniques, showing them how to improve their offense and defense.
"Agility training," Albert said after the sparring sessions.
He set up an obstacle course that required quick reflexes and nimble movements. They had to dodge swinging logs, leap over pits, and climb walls.
On the third day, Albert introduced them to spiritual and mental training. He guided them through meditation sessions, helping them connect with their inner spirits.
"Meditation will help you maintain focus under pressure," Albert explained. "It's just as important as physical strength."
They also underwent exercises to build mental toughness. Albert had them stand under a freezing waterfall, endure extreme heat, and face other challenges that tested their resolve.

The fourth day was dedicated to specialized training. Albert helped Kairo deepen his connection with the Lion Spirit, enhancing his abilities and understanding of his powers.
"Feel the spirit within you," Albert said. "Let it guide you."
They also practiced team coordination, working together to complete complex drills that required seamless communication and cooperation.
"Survival skills," Albert added. He taught them how to forage for food, build shelters, and navigate through difficult terrain. "You need to be self-sufficient in the wild."
By the fifth day, Kairo, King, and Ritso were exhausted but determined. Albert pushed them even harder, engaging them in intense sparring sessions that tested their limits.
"You're getting stronger," Albert said, nodding in approval. "But you need to keep pushing."
Kairo, King, and Ritso trained relentlessly, their bodies and minds growing stronger with each passing day.
